## Portfolio & Awards

### Jewish Family Service of Greater Dallas - Website
Jewish Family Service of Greater Dallas partnered with Tegan Digital to reestablish its presence within the Dallas Jewish community and the broader local audience through a website redesign. The work focused on reflecting JFS’s mission to provide accessible care and highlighting its role in the community. Together, the teams aligned on a strategy to better communicate JFS’s programs, services, and impact while positioning the organization as a trusted resource for individuals and families.
The redesigned Jewish Family Service of Greater Dallas website delivers a mobile-first experience that improves accessibility across devices. Tegan Digital updated the site architecture and navigation to help users find services such as mental health support, food assistance, and career resources. The team also consolidated multiple legacy sites into one platform, making it easier for the JFS team to manage content and support future updates. The result is a clearer digital experience that connects users to services and communicates the organization’s impact.

### Spirits League - Member Portal
Spirits League set out to unify how suppliers and distributors collaborate, track performance, and manage promotional programs. What existed was a fragmented, manual process—spread across spreadsheets, emails, and disconnected systems.
We partnered with their team to define and prototype a centralized member portal: a role-based platform designed to bring visibility, structure, and efficiency to every part of the workflow—from weekly sales submissions to program reporting.
The challenge wasn’t just designing dashboards—it was rethinking how multiple stakeholders interact within a shared ecosystem.
Suppliers needed a clearer view into distributor performance. Distributors needed a simpler way to manage campaigns and report data. And both needed a system that reduced friction without sacrificing flexibility.
We started with lightweight, directional concepts to help align stakeholders and bring the vision to life ahead of a key board presentation.
From there, the work evolved through iterative design and user feedback—testing how real users navigated dashboards, interpreted data, and completed key tasks.
This process allowed us to move beyond the initial wireframes and refine the experience around what actually worked in practice—simplifying interactions, clarifying hierarchy, and prioritizing the most actionable information.
The result is a more connected, transparent system—one that reduces manual overhead and gives stakeholders a shared source of truth.
By transforming a fragmented workflow into a centralized platform, Spirits League is better positioned to scale its programs, improve collaboration, and make more informed decisions over time.

### Lennox - Dealer Locator Redesign
Tegan partnered with Lennox to refine and extend the Dealer Locator experience across the residential site. The work focused on improving usability, consistency, and mobile performance, grounded in direct homeowner feedback and testing to ensure design decisions reflected real user needs and behaviors.
Homeowners needed to scan quickly, compare dealers, and take the next step with confidence and minimal effort. Instead, the experience introduced friction through inconsistent layouts, uneven CTAs, and interactions that felt fragmented across pages and devices. Tegan stepped in to:
• Reduce friction at key decision points• Simplify how dealer information is presented• Create a clearer, more consistent path to contact
Design decisions focused on clarity, speed, and usability, with particular attention to hierarchy and scannability. Patterns were aligned across the locator itself, individual dealer pages, and supporting templates to ensure the experience felt cohesive throughout the residential site.
We conducted user testing with over 2,000 homeowners within Lennox’s target demographic to validate the design direction and refine key elements without overcomplicating the experience.
The refreshed Dealer Locator experience prioritizes clarity and action, reflecting what homeowners said mattered most in their decision-making process. Layouts were simplified to surface essential dealer information more quickly, supported by improvements that help users move from research to action with confidence.
Key enhancements include:
• Improved filtering to narrow dealer options• Standardized CTAs for predictable interactions• Scalable dealer, city, and state templates for localization and SEO

### HPUMC Project Mockingbird - Capital Campaign
Highland Park United Methodist Church has stood at the heart of Dallas for over a century. When it came time to launch a $43 million capital campaign, they needed more than a fundraising effort—they needed a vision that would inspire their congregation to build the church’s future together. Partnering with Tegan, HPUMC transformed that vision into Project Mockingbird, a unifying theme and brand rooted in both place and purpose.

### People Serving People - Website Redesign
People Serving People is Minnesota’s largest emergency shelter for families experiencing homelessness and a leader in prevention services. Alongside the shelter, their Center of Excellence Preschool provides high-quality care and early learning for children. Tegan was brought in to merge two separate websites into a single, unified platform that better communicates People Serving People’s mission, showcases their programs, and makes it easier for families and supporters to connect.

### Neptune's Frozen Treats - Branding
Neptune’s Frozen Treats is a new premium dessert shop opening its first location in the idyllic coastal city of Palos Verdes Estates. Set in the iconic Malaga Cove Plaza, Neptune’s was created with a clear vision: to serve high-quality, customizable frozen treats in a setting that feels elevated while remaining warm, welcoming, and distinctly fun.
To bring that vision to life, the team behind Neptune’s needed a fully realized brand that could connect with families, appeal to health-conscious consumers, and carve out a strong identity in an upscale market.

### Long Cove - Branding
As Long Cove's experience on-property continued to evolve, their brand presence needed to catch up. The look and feel no longer reflected the elevated lifestyle, high-end amenities, or discerning audience it was meant to serve. That’s where we came in.
As Long Cove’s agency of record, Tegan was brought on to refresh the brand, refine the customer experience, and bring consistency to every touchpoint — from the first digital ad to the last sunset cocktail on a back porch.

### Business Jet
Business Jet, a premier private aviation service provider known for their comprehensive offerings from aircraft chartering to maintenance and management, sought to modernize its online presence and unify its brand identity. Their existing website lacked the streamlined functionality and cohesive visual identity necessary to effectively communicate their services and deliver a premium digital experience to both existing and prospective clients. Business Jet partnered with Tegan to address these challenges and create a digital platform that reflects the high-caliber service Business Jet provides in person.
Tegan’s approach involved a full website redesign and a brand refresh, focusing on enhancing the user experience and creating a cohesive look and feel across every customer touchpoint. The result? A sophisticated, user-friendly platform that meets the needs of flight schedulers, pilots, and jet owners alike.

### Jewish Federation of Greater Dallas
The Jewish Federation of Greater Dallas (JFGD) has been a cornerstone of the Jewish Dallas community for decades, supporting local, national, and global initiatives through education, outreach, and philanthropy. But as the organization looked to expand its outreach and deepen community connections, it became clear that their digital presence needed a refresh.
JFGD’s primary goal was to create a website that made it easier for users to engage with their mission — whether it was learning about community events, donating to causes, or finding opportunities to get involved. Our challenge was to build a site that was not only modern and intuitive but also powerful enough to serve as the digital hub for their broad range of initiatives.

### BraveLove
BraveLove, a Dallas-based nonprofit committed to reshaping the perception of adoption and honoring the bravery of birth mothers, partnered with Tegan to revamp their online presence. With a mission as powerful as BraveLove’s, the goal was clear: to create a digital platform that would not only tell the emotional stories of birth mothers and adoptees but also drive engagement and support for the cause. Proudly serving as BraveLove’s Agency of Record, the Tegan team worked together to conduct a full rebrand and website redesign. The overarching vision was to blend poignant storytelling with practical functionality, ensuring that BraveLove’s message resonates with a broader audience and fosters deeper connections.

### Outskirt Films
Outskirt Films, a Dallas-based filmmaking studio known for its interview-driven storytelling and award-winning documentaries, sought to revamp its digital presence to better align with its growing reputation for creative and emotionally resonant films.
We worked closely with the Outskirt team to refine and clarify their messaging, making it easier for visitors to understand the studio’s approach and service offerings. This streamlined communication strategy was essential in positioning the studio not just as filmmakers, but as storytellers who connect deeply with their audiences.
The site’s content was organized to guide users through Outskirt’s diverse portfolio while providing insight into the personal voices behind each story. This strategy ensures that potential partners can quickly assess whether Outskirt is the right fit for their projects, all while experiencing the full impact of the studio’s creative vision.

### PBK
PBK is a nationally recognized engineering and architectural firm with decades of experience, an impressive track record, and a huge community presence. Their digital presence, however, wasn’t keeping up the pace or setting them apart from other firms. That’s when they tapped our team to lead a full site redesign.
Tegan took the reins on strategy, design, and development to build out a site that accomplished PBK’s main goals:
• To hero the client as a trusted guide• Serve as a helpful resource and industry thought leader• Better communicate their extensive range of services• Establish themselves as a major player in the industry
We pulled out all the creative stops on this one to ensure that PBK’s nationwide reach and the community spirit behind their mission was reflected in every page.

### Lyda Hill Philanthropies
Our team tackled strategy, design, and development of the new site, working alongside the LH team to build a smart, engaging platform that clearly communicated the organization’s distinct offerings while infusing Ms. Hill’s inspiring approach to life and work on every page.
Our development team implemented a sleek, modular design along with micro-UX elements to streamline interactions and a seamless user experience. We also developed standardized page templates to ensure that the LH team could easily create and maintain pages as content needs evolve.

### Rockcap
Rockcap Co. teamed up with Tegan to take their commercial real estate brand to the next level. Founded in 2010, Rockcap was looking to elevate their brand to match their decades of experience. The multi-month project tackled all aspects of the brand, ranging from key messaging to overall design identity. Paired with a social media strategy and a reimagined website, the Rockcap team was armed with everything they needed to communicate their focus on building relationships, one property at a time.

### Beech Valley Solutions
The premier CPA staffing firm, Beech Valley Solutions, teamed up with Tegan for a comprehensive site redesign. Beech Valley’s ultimate goals were to better communicate their brand story and capture qualified lead opportunities. It was our opportunity to take their website and redesign it to include clear user journeys, while also showcasing Beech Valley’s proprietary on-demand talent platform. With fresh new copy, eye-catching visuals, and a streamlined design, this tech-powered talent marketplace now has a digital presence to match their exceptional service.

Safe Harbor is the world’s largest owner and operator of marinas. Based in Dallas, Texas, the company is dedicated to providing exceptional service and memorable experiences to the global boating community.

Temple Emanu-El was founded in 1872 as the first Jewish congregation in North Dallas. With 150 years of history, it was high time for Temple’s digital presence to clearly communicate their mission and values, while providing user-friendly resources for members and visitors alike. That’s when they tapped Tegan in.
Over the last year, we’ve worked closely with Temple’s key stakeholders to define their distinctive voice through StoryBrand and redesign their website with an inspired look and feel. Some of our collaborative goals were: 1) Create an unexpectedly simple, seamless user experience, 2) Be a reflection of the diverse community Temple serves as well as the stunning physical space it occupies, and 3) Build a modern, easy-to-maintain CMS platform.

### Brewery Brand
In a season of uncertainty and perpetual change (thanks, pandemic), there’s always been that one constant in our lives. Beer. That’s why we were pumped to partner with an up-and-coming beer brand, to help bring great flavors and killer design to tables across the nation. This is the part where we all say cheers.
We used the StoryBrand approach to develop a narrative, establishing a clear, unified brand message. Through our discovery process, we conducted a thorough competitive analysis, including their digital presence and media spend. Once we better understood the climate surrounding the craft beer market, we developed an effective media plan with marketing recommendations.
Fresh branding and a unique retail design will be used to complement the craft beer’s inaugural launch into the beer world. You won’t find a better looking can in the beer aisle. No bias here.

Work included the development of a target demographic, lead time establishment and a refined logo and color palette. New photography and videos were used to update the brand, and will energize its message through website testimonials, email drip campaigns and direct mail pieces. The final product? An incredible site that best reflects an incredible organization.
We currently serve as The Legacy’s Agency of Record, which basically means we’re best friends for life. Our team will continue to take the lead on digital initiatives and provide guidance on future marketing strategies, including TV, OOH, digital, social and print.

### The Legacy Senior Communities - Campaign

Our team crafted a holistic media plan to be laser-focused on meeting the right people at the right time. This included some traditional tactics along with some groundbreaking digital tactics. Once an individual expressed interest, we helped The Legacy cultivate the relationship through an automated email drip with custom videos explaining the myriad features and benefits each community brings to bear.

Tegan is excited to help update their online presence by redesigning the websites for six of PBK's family of services, beginning with PBK Sports.

### Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum - Website
The Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum engaged Tegan to craft an immersive, interactive journey to match their incredible new 50,000 square foot facility.  With a humble heart, we jumped at the opportunity.
Founded in 1984 by a group of Dallas-area Holocaust Survivors, the Museum is dedicated to teaching the history of the Holocaust and advancing human rights to combat prejudice, hatred, and indifference.  In 2018, the Museum hosted more than 80,000 visitors, including 34,000 school children.
We implemented a Content Management System, integrated a new payment system, and a CRM powered by Salesforce. The new site empowered the Museum staff to be able to update content quickly, sell tickets online, and provide research and materials to educators and the general public.
There’s no way to possibly cover all the Museum has to offer, but here are a few of the highlights:
-World War II Boxcar - After learning about the Nazi’s “Final Solution” to exterminate the Jews, visitors will come face-to-face with a restored Nazi-era boxcar. This was the first Holocaust museum in the world to house an authentic World War II boxcar.
-Dimensions in Testimony Theater - It’s real time. It’s groundbreaking. Interact with virtual Survivors in a specially designed space, where high-definition holographic interview recordings paired with voice recognition technology enable these incredible people to respond to questions from the audience, inviting one-on-one ‘conversation.’

### Dents.co
Tegan was brought on board to support the Dents.co app launch in February of 2022. The company’s app is designed to help auto repair shops better estimate damage for fair, consistent quotes. With first-of-its-kind software, the technology allows damage assessment to be measured directly through the app, producing estimated costs and repair time with the click of a button. Sounds like wizardry? That’s because it is.
Our team worked to develop a strategic communication plan that served to inform and educate their prospective audience. We put together a startup launch kit for the company, which included four educational videos that our crew concepted and produced for them. All videography will be featured on the Dents landing page, as well as in future email drip campaigns. Our design team also developed a refined holistic brand design to create consistency between their digital elements.
It’s not everyday you get to be a part of “the next big thing,” so we’re still pinching ourselves over this one.

### Ed Rankin - Branding & Website
Tegan was tasked with creating a brand identity for Ed Rankin. Through StoryBrand consulting, we established a compelling narrative that accurately reflects the typical client’s journey under Ed’s guidance. Our team also led rebranding efforts, constructed a new website and developed a business system. Fresh photography and videography coupled with a new logo and color scheme provided a more modern look and feel, while marketing Ed as an executive’s best friend.

### Old Mine Club - Branding, Collateral, & Website
A new private club is taking shape at Long Cove—and it’s built on more than just great golf.
We’re excited to share our work on Old Mine Club, an invitation-only experience on Cedar Creek Lake, anchored by The Canary—an 18-hole championship course designed by Beau Welling and set to open in 2027.
What makes it different? It’s not just the course—it’s the vision behind it.
Old Mine Club is designed as an extension of the Long Cove lifestyle, where membership is tied to place, community, and a long-term sense of belonging. Less traditional club model, more destination experience built for how people actually want to spend time.
With that foundation in place, Tegan partnered with the team to bring the brand to life through:

A full identity system designed to feel timeless from day one—spanning logo, typography, color, and art direction.
Messaging that balances history with forward momentum, shaping how the story shows up across every touchpoint.
A digital experience built to spark early interest, giving prospective members a way to explore, connect, and follow what’s ahead.

Every piece works together to introduce Old Mine Club not just as a course, but as something people want to be part of.
Because when you’re building for future generations, every detail matters.
