Tecnoglare created a website that is parallel to our existing one. Now, they’re doing updates on our regular website, which is built on WordPress.

I’m pretty satisfied with the work that Tecnoglare has done. I’m happy with the outcomes.

They are pretty good when it comes to communication and scheduling. I simply specify what needs to be done, and they know exactly what to do without needing too many details. We typically communicate by email. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their pricing is the most impressive aspect of their service. They’re a lot less expensive than agencies that are, say, in the states.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Tecnoglare could benefit from speeding up their response and thinking outside of the box.

Specify what job you need to get done right from the beginning and provide as much detail as possible.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The coroporate website was achieved with in a months time and promoted well which brought us 8 queries in 1st month which was encouraging. The product entry section was ready well in time and so far we are able to test all modules which are satisfactory and our data entry is full swing

They conduct regular meetings with us and give us module wise delivery. We were told they follow agile methodology.

Their quick response and attention to our concerns. heir skilled team and customer friendly attitude have been impressive.

I expect them to overlap our time Singapore zones for greater length.

Efficient communication was the key area that was appreciated by my team at my end. Team Tecnoglare had always raised issues, concerns and ideas ahead of time which made the project delivery to be on time (almost).

Job cards were created and over views plans were discussed Testing sites with bug noting tool was provisioned Most tools shared looked proprietary development and so had never paid attention to the origination. Very agile and were accomodating to our change request (as every development has) on all stages. Though there were request of slight deviations, it was always approved via an impact on the project deliverables along with the impact on handover

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Communication was absolutely the best with Tecnoglare Infotech Pvt. Ltd which I had always found as the missing piece with most groups. Sumit was brilliant and very polite in his approach Thanks a lot to the entire team
