Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We needed a cloud-based communication platform that allows us to work from anywhere and any browser. Also, we needed to have department-based shared directories - google was a great fit, and TeckPath did an excellent job migrating our data and getting up and running without downtime.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• They made sure they understood our business and explained key milestones and deadlines. Their willingness to work outside business hours to minimize business interruption was an excellent approach for our business.

They worked with every team member individually to minimize the learning curve and work around their schedule in order to accommodate individual needs. All deadlines were met as planned.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were quick to respond to all of our issues and concerns. When we called our issues were handled right there and then.

Are there any areas for improvement or something TECKPATH could have done differently?

Initially, the kick-off meeting was rescheduled once, which is not a good look for any business. Other than that - these guys are very efficient and knowledgeable. Their cybersecurity team is very impressive.
