When we first started with Techyscouts the goal was to make a website that was customer friendly, user friendly and stood out amongst our competitors. This was easily accomplished due to their background and expertise in this area. 

Eventually to help with our growth, we decide to explore a website with an ecommerce platform. Techyscouts was up for the task! They were able to create, update and rework our website onto the Shopify Platform while providing support and maintenance for the current website. 

As we are now operating on the Shopify Platform, Techyscouts continues to provided us with the support needed and continues to guide us through the processes as new and improved content is being created is everchanging our website.

For us, each step of the project being done in an efficient manner with quick response times and any issues being solved for good demonstrated the experience and resourcefulness of the team. And being able to back that up with traffic metrics as well as sell our products over and over flawlessly and good customer feedback show the success of the project.

The project management was excellent. I was given progress updates at every step. Any questions we had were answered in a timely manner with an answer that made perfect sense to someone with limited IT knowledge. At any obstacle, Techyscouts provided us with knowledgeable solutions that made sense for the direction we wanted to go showing the benefits and costs of each. I was always able to schedule an extra meeting within a reasonable amount of time which really helped us as the customer.

Techy Scouts designed our website in 2013 and have been maintaining it ever since. In July of 2023, we had them take over our SEO, as our previous provider's service had severely deteriorated.

We are still at the very beginning, but the Techy Scout team is meticulously going through every detail of our website, Google Ads and online presence in order to optimize all.

Techy Scouts is the most responsive company I have ever worked with. They developed and have maintained our website for 10 years. The Support team ALWAYS responds incredibly quickly. Any time I have requested a change or update, it is ALWAYS completed on the same day or within 24 hours. Our SEO relationship is brand new but my assigned team is incredibly detailed and responsive. We meet online every month and emails are replied to expeditiously.

Techy Scouts completely rebuilt our e-commerce website from the ground up. They migrated us over to be completely hosted and supported on Shopify, integrated many apps, and they provide ongoing support with site updates.

Worked through hundreds of shopify web development projects with the Techy Scouts team over the last 5+ years - across 4 DTC/ecom brands. Projects ranged from third party integrations, new features like product page or cart upsell modules, Black Friday sale launches to even larger scale projects like complete site overhauls/redesigns. Techy Scouts helped us achieve each and every task with quick turnaround (relative to project), minimal back and forth and minimal errors in production. 

As well as guiding us through project timelines and development best practices when doing so.
The team is extremely easy and just great to work with, most importantly they are so responsive and available for support or hot fixes - day or night. 


They are always eager to jump into messy legacy codes and made it work in an often complex environment, as well as offering to work with other third party vendors directly. I’ve referred the TS team to a handful of other colleagues (at other brands) for good reason and will continue to do so!!
