I'm the director of IT for a supply chain management company. I handle our digital products and services, including data and marketing automation.

Our company wanted to develop mobile apps that could increase revenue for our business and consumers.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to target business consumers who want to work from anywhere.

How did you select this vendor?

Their office sales and marketing team contacted us. After discussing our business, project, and possible approaches, we were confident that they could deliver what we needed.

Describe the project in detail.

They built a tool for communication with associates and management of important activities. One of their business analysts discussed our business and objectives. Within three weeks, they sent a document that outlined functional requirements and high-level features. After signing off, they assembled a complete cross-functional team for product development.

What was the team composition?

They had a large, professional team. We initially worked with the business analyst. After the signoff, I mainly communicated with their project manager and technology team. I’m also in contact with their co-founder and sales team.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We launched our product application, and it works seamlessly. Techyard Softwares helped us achieve what we expected. They successfully handled everything I’ve asked of them.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow between our teams was effective and seamless. Their project manager delivered weekly updates and used tracking software. They stuck to ther promises and alerted me about issues so we could accommodate them. We used email, Skype, and Webex to communicate, and they did a phenomenal job.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They were professional and diligent. While other companies pitched their services from a sales perspective, they used their technology expertise to explain how they could resolve our issues. Apart from being highly responsive and timely, their best quality was their focus on understanding our project and nurturing our ideas through expert advice. Their transparent communication always kept us up-to-date. They were friendly, helpful, and truly top-notch.

No, I was extremely happy with the service they provided.

I am owner and Manager for IT solution company based in Seattle Washington.

We hired the Techyard company due to technical difficulty of the application and time constraint.

What were your goals for this project?

The goal of this project was to develop scalable, responsive and optimizable Android Application to log driver time sheet.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

My team searched on line potential tech companies and finally selected 5 companies based on customer review and previous accomplishment. We reduced into 2 companies after first round interview. Finally we select Techyared passed on their technical proposal and cost affordability.

Describe the project in detail.

Once we select the company we provided the UI wireframe based on which the app will be developed. We work as Agile methodology and will get release after two weeks in binary form. Once each milestone is over they release the code base and we release payment.

What was the team composition?

From the vender side there where one project manager, two developers and one QA.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are not yet on Production and wouldn't see the result.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We frequently connect with the project manager. He was available any time. The team was open for any type of change request.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The team was too much versatile and technical highly capable of resolving any challenge. They know very well what they are doing.

Are there any areas for improvement?

It would be nice to have some documentation about the main feature and component of the product. Writing some inline comment on the code so that maintenance become easy.

I'm the creator of Toktodoc, a telemedicine application for patients and doctors developed on .NET.

I wanted to develop solid product that I could sell to a larger company.

We received a referral from a reputable development company.

They built a system with patient and doctor profiles, a secure messaging system, a box platform, video chat, and a PayPal payment gateway.

We worked with two senior developers and a project manager.

They should continue to grow and add a graphic designer to their team.
