• To design the User Interface for configuring shopping basket/cart or solutions, which a client wants to purchase/subscribe to. Those could be individual customers or corporations interested in bulk subscriptions of lines of fibre lines etc. 
• Generating Quote and Contract

• Integrating Billing and Provisioning systems

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They did a great job. They provided budget and status reports. We had a weekly status call and arranged multiple demos throughout the development cycle.

The SCRUM master led the project and made sure the work was done. We mainly communicated through video calls.

It was their working style. The collaboration between our developers is great, and the communication is clear. Overall, they were very easy to work with.
Are there any areas for improvement or something TechWize could have done differently?

Don’t think that anything was missing in terms of project management, development, or testing. There were a few issues at the start of the project regarding generating reports, but later on, we had clear communication and everything was smooth then.
