I'm the president of a real estate company. Our mission is to make it simple to buy, sell, rent, invest, and manage properties or entire portfolios.

What challenge were you trying to address with Techvirtue?

We needed to create a website for our primarily virtual business.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Techvirtue helped us with the website's design phase, balancing many different requirements to service our existing and prospective customers. Moving forward, the team did the actual website build and developed reporting metrics to monitor performance post-launch.

Initially, Techvirtue analyzed our competitors' websites and investigated their organizational plans. Then, the team customized those plans to fit our sales and operations processes.

We built the site with a look similar to the major players in the industry, where people can look at a feed of homes they might be interested in. We also made specific updates to our site that allowed existing customers to follow their homes through the sales process. Techvirtue also created links to our property management portals.

The biggest challenge was creating a site that worked equally well for new buyers and our existing clients while still keeping it simple and easy to use. We also had to connect many different tools, like our property management portals and the MLS data feed, without slowing anything down.

We worked through Figma a lot, as well as Salesforce. The team also integrated an MLS data feed (a real estate data solution). Techvirtue managed to extract data from the website and give it to our sales team.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our active users have increased 4–5 times, and monthly users are converting at a 50% higher pace than they were previously. Now, we have over 500 monthly users.

Techvirtue really took the time to understand how our business runs, looked at what competitors were doing, and then built something that fit our processes perfectly. They handled all the tricky integrations behind the scenes, so when we launched, everything just worked.

How did Techvirtue perform from a project management standpoint?

Techvirtue was extremely responsive throughout the build and delivered on time and on budget. They were great to work with.

We mostly kept in touch through weekly video calls and follow-up emails. It made it easy to stay on the same page and kept the whole process feeling really collaborative.

Communication was especially strong, as the team sent weekly email updates and held weekly calls. Overall, it was great to work with Techvirtue, and they were very supportive.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We've worked with a couple of other website builders before, and Techvirtue does a much better job of customer service than the others and a much better job delivering the actual product. Post-launch, the website still functions well. There aren't any ongoing issues, and it's been very easy to maintain.

I'm a financial advisor at a financial planning business that helps high-income business owners get their entire financial house in order. This way, they can spend more time focusing on the lifestyle they want to live.

I needed help with web development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Techvirtue developed a modern website to help me convert more potential clients. The team also created a Financial Health Check tool to use as a lead generator on the website. The goal was to design a site that would enhance conversions by showcasing the professionalism of my firm and the benefits clients would enjoy by working with us. Additionally, I required a site optimized for SEO to improve visibility and traffic.

The Financial Health Check tool included an interactive questionnaire that guided users through key areas of their finances, such as cash flow, debt, investments, insurance, and retirement planning. It automatically generated a tailored results summary, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement, and prompted users to book a consultation for personalized advice.

I found Techvirtue through Clutch. I chose the team because they had excellent ratings, and their pricing fit my budget. They offered great value for the cost, and I liked that they were a young, growing firm with fresh ideas.

We started the project in February 2024 and concluded it in March 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We eventually had a website that met all my expectations. I was truly wowed and impressed by the outcome. Since launching the new website, I’ve seen a 96% increase in inquiries from potential clients. The modern design, smoother navigation, and the Financial Health Check tool have all played a big role in boosting engagement and encouraging visitors to book consultations.

Aside from the 96% increase in inquiries, I also tracked a higher average time spent on the site, more completed Financial Health Check submissions, and an increase in repeat visits from potential clients who returned to explore services in more detail.

How did Techvirtue perform from a project management standpoint?

The project timeline extended slightly beyond the initial estimates due to my attention to detail and the time it took to finalize a design theme that truly met my expectations. However, Techvirtue was very receptive to my feedback and worked tirelessly to refine the design until I was thoroughly satisfied.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Techvirtue expertly transformed the vision I had in my mind into the exact website I envisioned. The final design, layout, and animations surpassed my expectations. Saying I was thrilled with the result was an understatement.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Perhaps a more refined process or tool could have been employed during the research phase to more effectively capture the desired vision, design preferences, look, feel, mood, and style. While they ultimately nailed it, a different approach might have expedited and streamlined the process.

Techvirtue helped us with server provisioning, full node installation (Geth + RSKj), port management, firewall rules, node sync, and monitoring with Prometheus + Grafana. They also created shell scripts for daily maintenance tasks.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We now have a reliable RSK node setup with automated alerts and zero downtime since launch. Our developers can interact with the chain directly, reducing reliance on third-party RPC providers.

Their project management was good. Communication via Jira and Google Meet was consistent, though we would’ve appreciated a more thorough handover checklist.

Our new website is BEAUTIFUL! We are so impressed with the design and the final result. The outcome exceeded our expectations and we could not be happier.

We had one challenge that Techvirtue quickly rectified. The original copywriter assigned was not a fit for us. Nothing personal, the verbiage just was not conducive to how we typically speak and express ourselves. We brought our concerns to the team and Jeremy suggested a resource swap. They acted right away and gave us a wonderful copywriter who really understood our needs.

The talent they have at Techvirtue is incredible. They truly understood how to create copy that sounds just like "us". Jess, our PM, took our concerns seriously and worked with us to get us back on track when we hit a roadblock with our first copywriter. This company really knows how to hire great people.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Techvirtue could have done differently?

Even though we did hit a bump in the road on the copy side, things happen. No one could have predicted that. When it came up, they course corrected. That's all a client can ask for. Thank you!
