Reflecting on our project with Techvirtue, it's challenging to pinpoint areas for significant improvement as their performance largely exceeded our expectations. There were no notable issues or aspects of their service that fell short. 

However, for the sake of constructive feedback, perhaps maintaining the existing high standards while scaling up their services could be an area to watch. Essentially, it’s more about sustaining their excellence as they grow rather than rectifying any present flaws.

Techvirtue has been working with us developing the Wordpress backend on several projects. They have developed three websites for our Annual Reports as well as the main website. They have built the entire Wordpress backend from scratch, provided cookie plug-ins, security checks, GDPR compliancy and hosting services.

Excellent project management, they are very attentive to our needs and wishes and questions. Time management has been good - they let us know how long things will take and have worked extra hard to meet deadlines. We value our relationship with our Project Manager who is our main contact at Techvirtue. He is very responsive and will always jump on a call to clarify any questions and make sure we are all on the same page about what is required.

• MVP deliverable: To launch the new re-written version with "as is" functionality in new architecture to allow easier and more rapid future interations on improving the product.
• New app built with LLM at its core to maintain and build case studies for our clients to publish.

Able to complete the re-write of our app in 4-6 months.

Use AI to answer their own questions more than waiting for us to come back and answer. Continue to dig deeper before only relying on a response from me, Justin and others. Always try to move the solution forward and use AI to better document the planning, the TODO list and the plan.

In terms of features, the site allows users to order food online from their nearest locations, pay for e-gift cards, send resumes to look for employment opportunities, and give feedback on their experiences with us.

In addition, Techvirtue’s team helps us to incorporate any limited-time offerings or new creative assets into our site.

As TECHVIRTUE worked through the different parts of this project, they kept us in the loop and updated us on progress and projected end dates. They are very transparent on progress and willing to go out of their way to update and clarify where items stand.

TECHVIRTUE was very on top of owning and managing our project. We had a tight deadline for TECHVIRTUE on this project and it was not an issue for them. They stayed on top of the deadlines that they had and made sure that both parties were delivering items needed to progress. They were able to complete the project prior to our deadline and updated us quickly when we asked for progress reports along the way. This was a very well managed project.

Despite having several different members of the TECHVIRTUE team working with us, It was very impressive that each of them seemed to be very up to date on the project and knowledgeable on decisions and progress of items that they were not involved with.
