I'm the founder and CEO of a digital platform that streamlines the setup, management, and scaling of UAE businesses through a centralized, user-friendly portal.

What challenge were you trying to address with Techtics.AI?

We needed help turning the concept into a scalable, user-friendly digital platform that could simplify the traditionally complex process of setting up a business in the UAE. Our key objectives were to build a platform that would allow users to explore suitable business activities, compare jurisdictions and setup options, understand pricing, and move through the business setup journey in a much more transparent and efficient way. Beyond the initial development, we needed a technology partner who could work closely with us as the business evolved — translating commercial ideas and operational requirements into practical technology solutions, supporting the launch of the platform, and continuously improving the product based on our needs and user experience.Ultimately, the goal was to create a strong technology foundation that could support both our immediate business services offering and our longer-term vision of making business setup in the UAE more accessible, digital, and seamless.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Techtics.AI has handled the end-to-end technology development of our platform, from translating our initial business concept and requirements into a functional product through to launch, ongoing development, and technical support. The scope of work has included the design and development of the platform's core functionality and the overall user journey for individuals looking to establish a business in the UAE. Techtics.AI has also been responsible for the technical architecture, front-end and back-end development, database and system integrations, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of the platform. As our business evolved, the team has continued to support us with new features, improvements, troubleshooting, and adapting the technology to changing commercial and operational requirements.Some of the key features Techtics.AI has delivered include our business activity search and exploration functionality, which helps users identify suitable activities for their business, as well as the ability to compare different UAE jurisdictions and business setup options.They've also developed our dynamic pricing and package functionality, allowing users to better understand the potential costs associated with their setup based on their requirements. Other important areas have included the customer journey and onboarding flow, user account functionality, internal administrative tools, and the backend infrastructure that supports the platform and allows our team to manage information, pricing, and customer requirements.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The clearest measure of success has been taking our business from an initial concept to a fully functioning digital platform that we've launched and operated in the UAE market. From a product perspective, we've successfully digitized several important parts of the business setup journey, including business activity discovery, jurisdiction and setup comparisons, pricing visibility, and customer onboarding. This has allowed us to give users access to information and options much faster than through a traditional, fully manual consultation process.Another important outcome has been the platform's ability to evolve alongside the business. Since launch, Techtics.AI has continued to develop and improve the technology based on real customer behavior, operational requirements, and feedback from our team. This has enabled us to introduce improvements without having to rebuild the platform each time our requirements changed. For us, success has therefore been measured not only by delivering and launching the platform but also by its reliability, continued development, and its ability to support us as a live and growing business.We haven't focused on a single headline metric, as the platform has continued to evolve since launch, but we've seen clear operational and customer-facing improvements. One of the most tangible impacts has been the reduction in the amount of manual explanation required at the early stages of the customer journey. Users are now able to explore business activities, compare setup options, and understand indicative pricing before speaking with our team, which makes the consultation process more efficient and better informed. We've also been able to manage and update information, pricing, and customer requirements through the platform rather than relying entirely on manual processes. This has helped us operate more efficiently as the business has grown.From a customer perspective, the platform has made the business setup journey more transparent and easier to navigate, particularly by giving users more visibility over their options before they commit to a particular setup.The strongest indicator for us has been that we have been able to launch, operate, and continue developing as a digital-first business, with the platform remaining central to how we serve customers and grow the business.

Overall, Techtics.AI's project management has been collaborative and responsive. Because our business has been an evolving product, our requirements have naturally changed over time, and the team has generally been flexible in adapting to new priorities and feature requests.They've maintained regular communication with us through virtual meetings and messaging, which has made it easy to discuss progress, resolve issues, and make decisions quickly. In terms of timelines, most deliverables have been completed within the expected timeframe, although there have occasionally been delays, particularly where requirements changed or additional complexity was identified during development. In those situations, the team has been communicative and worked with us to manage priorities and keep the project moving forward. Given that the engagement is ongoing, I would describe their project management as hands-on, accessible, and well suited to the pace and changing needs of a startup environment.

What has stood out the most is Techtics.AI's ability to understand what we're trying to build from a business perspective rather than approaching the project purely as a technical development exercise.From the beginning, they've had a good grasp of the vision and have been able to translate our ideas into practical features and technical solutions. That has been particularly valuable because the product and business model have continued to evolve after launch.I've also appreciated their flexibility and accessibility. As a startup, priorities can change quickly, and the team has been willing to adapt, discuss new ideas, troubleshoot issues, and continue improving the platform with us.Their familiarity with the product over time has also been a major advantage. Because they've been involved since the early stages, they understand both the technology and the thinking behind the business, which makes ongoing development much more efficient.
