The purpose of this project is to improve the overall performance of the Shopify store by increasing conversion rate (CRO), improving user experience (UX), optimizing website speed, and implementing strategic marketing and optimization practices to increase sales and revenue.

The engagement will focus on identifying conversion barriers, improving the customer journey, optimizing product pages and checkout flow, and implementing data-driven improvements to maximize return on traffic and advertising spend.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Techtic delivered significant improvements in the performance of our Shopify store. Our website’s conversion rate increased from 0.55% to 1.2%, representing more than a 100% improvement in CRO. As a direct result of these optimizations, our overall online sales increased by 47%, demonstrating a substantial improvement in both website performance and revenue generation.

The project was managed very well by Satish and his team. Tasks were organized clearly and handled efficiently. Some items took about a week depending on complexity, while others were completed within 24 hours. They continuously monitored the website’s performance and made adjustments as needed. The entire team was extremely professional, responsive, and attentive to our needs throughout the process.

For us, Nisarg was the key player. I’ve worked with and met many CEOs, but what stood out about Nisarg is that he gives the same level of attention to smaller projects as he would to large ones. He personally took the time to review our website, quickly understood what needed to be improved, and guided his team to execute the changes effectively.

Nisarg is extremely knowledgeable and ahead of the curve when it comes to innovation, technology, and emerging AI trends. I believe his leadership is a big reason why Techtic is so successful. His ability to build and lead a team of highly skilled professionals ultimately helped businesses like mine achieve meaningful growth and better performance.

In my experience, they performed extremely well and delivered exactly what we needed. From communication to execution, everything was handled professionally. Personally, I didn’t see any major areas that needed improvement. We needed our app to be completely rebuilt because the former agency that built it had no tracking, no AI capabilities, and every edit cost thousands of dollars. We needed an app that we could update on our end through a portal, with proper tracking. We also needed it done for an affordable cost and quickly since the app was already live.

Techtic Solutions Inc has been building our parenting app for Google Play and iOS and allowing users to pay for the app through each store. The team has taken care of both the frontend and backend development. The app's features include a new onboarding experience, a parent coaching section where parents can speak to a dedicated parent coach, and a robust resources section that allows users to purchase books through Amazon and host podcasts, blogs, and videos.Moreover, the app has family assessments to help families go beyond fundamentals into additional skills like communication and offering additional resources or parent coaching. It also has a gamification aspect with an 'Assessment Score' and a backend portal that acts as a CMS for our team so we can update content as needed without having to purchase additional development hours.

We’ve seen progress and success through Figma board reviews, TestFlight updates, and the portal Techtic Solutions Inc has built. The Figma board has allowed us to provide feedback directly on the design with back-and-forth communication with the Techtic Solutions Inc team. We’ve also been able to test the app development every step of the way.Moreover, the portal is functioning very quickly, so the updates we make to it are live on the app.

Techtic Solutions Inc’s project management has been exceptional. We have direct communication with the team via Slack, and Nisarg (CEO) joins when needed. The app has been delayed by our team needing additional feedback time. Still, the Techtic Solutions Inc team has done a great job communicating any delays due to our team, not theirs.

Their culture, how quickly they fix issues on their end, and their communication with our team have been impressive. The whole experience has been exceptional.

The project started with an understanding of requirements from both parties. We drew the roadmap of the project by communicating and sharing ideas. Every plan was documented. They built a "New member registration tab" which was useful for new members to register on the platform. We communicated plans for the design of the registration page for the learning event and it was built to taste.
