I’ve been working with Techtic Solutions for almost 17 years, and the journey has been amazing. Over the years, they’ve consistently been responsive, reliable, and easy to work with.

The Techtic team is very knowledgeable and hands-on when it comes to technology. They understand ecommerce, development, design, CRO and digital marketing, and they don’t just wait for instructions — they proactively suggest ideas and solutions that can improve the business.

Nisarg, the owner, has become more than just a business partner, he’s like a friend to me. I always look forward to meeting him whenever he’s in the USA. That trust has made our experience with Techtic even more special. Having access to a larger team with expertise across different areas has been a huge advantage for us.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the general manager of a food and beverage company. We specialize in handcrafted, all-natural cherry-based treats and gifts made from local Washington fruit, fresh roasted nuts, and premium chocolate. Our products are available at our stores and online.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Techtic Solutions Inc?

We needed a lot of business rules programmed into our website. However, Shopify isn’t easy to customize.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Techtic Solutions Inc has taken a heavily customized Magento 2 site and rebuilt it on Shopify with similar and even improved features. The team has also improved the design, which has been accepted instantly by our lifelong customers as very much on brand.

Some of the main features and improvements that Techtic Solutions Inc has delivered during the rebuild include perishable product shipping by zip code and weather conditions, wine shipping constraints, uploaded gift card images, AI gift message creation, multiple ship-to addresses on a single order, bulk order processing, retail tours, recipe collection by product, and discounting.

What is the team composition?

We’ve worked with 2–5 teammates from Techtic Solutions Inc.

How did you come to work with Techtic Solutions Inc?

We found them through a webinar. We chose them over other options because they had high ratings, offered good value for the cost, and were competent enough to complete our complicated build.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in September 2025, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our team is happy with the result, and our customers have been delighted. Moreover, our sales haven’t missed a beat. It’s too soon to tell about sales or customer retention, but our site performance is much better than the Magento site. Our SEO and AI metrics rankings have also improved. In addition, lots of manual upkeep tasks have been simplified or eliminated.

For example, we’ve seen faster load times, better Lighthouse scores, better PageSpeed scores, better markup readability and indexing by Google and Bing, better ADA accessibility functionality, and better agentic browsing.

How did Techtic Solutions Inc perform from a project management standpoint?

They deliver on time. We continue to work together on new features because they deliver great work completed on time. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Techtic Solutions Inc’s programmers are top-notch and build a clean codebase. Their designer has also been able to pull off a web design that feels new and refreshed for a 38-year-old brand.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could have helped us better understand the limitations of Shopify. Everything was custom in Magento, which caused its own issues. However, we weren’t always aware of the limitations of applying similar customization to the Shopify site. In the end, we always found a solution.

Techtic Solutions Inc’s collaboration and technical capability, including the cost-effectiveness of the development partnership, have been impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could lead more on the prerequisites and ensure that where I’m struggling being a bottleneck to development, they consider and suggest workarounds.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m a marketing specialist at Our Family Culture, an education company. We have a mobile app that offers daily educator-curated content to help families build strong values, improve family dynamics, and foster lasting connections through structured activities and discussions.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Techtic Solutions Inc?

We needed our app to be completely rebuilt because the former agency that built it had no tracking, no AI capabilities, and every edit cost thousands of dollars. We needed an app that we could update on our end through a portal, with proper tracking. We also needed it done for an affordable cost and quickly since the app was already live.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Techtic Solutions Inc has been building our parenting app for Google Play and iOS and allowing users to pay for the app through each store. The team has taken care of both the frontend and backend development. The app's features include a new onboarding experience, a parent coaching section where parents can speak to a dedicated parent coach, and a robust resources section that allows users to purchase books through Amazon and host podcasts, blogs, and videos. Moreover, the app has family assessments to help families go beyond fundamentals into additional skills like communication and offering additional resources or parent coaching. It also has a gamification aspect with an 'Assessment Score' and a backend portal that acts as a CMS for our team so we can update content as needed without having to purchase additional development hours.

What is the team composition?

We work with a full team of 10+ teammates from Techtic Solutions Inc.

How did you come to work with Techtic Solutions Inc?

We found them on LinkedIn. We chose them over other options because they had high ratings, their pricing fit our budget, they had a great culture fit, and they offered good value for the cost.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in October 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve seen progress and success through Figma board reviews, TestFlight updates, and the portal Techtic Solutions Inc has built. The Figma board has allowed us to provide feedback directly on the design with back-and-forth communication with the Techtic Solutions Inc team. We’ve also been able to test the app development every step of the way. Moreover, the portal is functioning very quickly, so the updates we make to it are live on the app.

How did Techtic Solutions Inc perform from a project management standpoint?

Techtic Solutions Inc’s project management has been exceptional. We have direct communication with the team via Slack, and Nisarg (CEO) joins when needed. The app has been delayed by our team needing additional feedback time. Still, the Techtic Solutions Inc team has done a great job communicating any delays due to our team, not theirs.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their culture, how quickly they fix issues on their end, and their communication with our team have been impressive. The whole experience has been exceptional.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing they need to improve.

BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

Our company is a DTC CPG brand to offer healthy, nut-based snacks for infants and toddlers. My role is director of growth and retention marketing.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Techtic Solutions Inc, and what were your goals?

We initially hired Techtic to develop several pages and an overarching theme / branding / palette update for our site in January 2022, and have since worked with them ongoing for updates to site to support CRO, Product page updates, and new landing pages. Primary areas of support are for enhancing user experience and conversion rates.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The Techtic team was very responsive to our initial call for support and were willing to put several developers on the account to support quick timelines. We like that we can ramp up or ramp down the dev needs depending on our internal needs.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

I provide all ai files and wireframes, and the team takes and implements for functionality. At times, the team will request counsel from the internal UX team to support on hard-to-navigate requests to ensure best practices and UI.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We typically interact with the sales manager, who also provides updates on project updates, as well as the project manager.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The team's implementation of our new design resulted in an intial (6 month) increase of close to 3x higher Conversion Rates. Since then, CRs have decreased but the team is helping us to implement our ideas to update to increase CRO, including developing new page layouts, updating PDPs, and content updates.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We communicate mostly through email for project briefs, will hop on a video call as necessary to explain content or complex ideas, and then via Slack for any of-the-moment feedback needs.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team is quick and agile. Typically, they are able to move forward several projects at once, which is critical for small businesses trying to scale.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Additional counsel would be appreciated. Since our team does all the design and layout, we would like to see more proactive insight from the Techtic team on best practices or areas for improvement to increase our CROs.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the general manager of Mega Pixel Pty Ltd, a printing and signage manufacturing company.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Techtic Solutions Inc?

We wanted to streamline the online ordering process of our company.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Techtic Solutions Inc created a website for us where our customers can go online and place orders directly from our platform. The first part of the project was to get the website up and running with an online picture-framing module. That module is dedicated solely to our business and provides an interactive interface for customers to upload their images and frame them online.

Regarding technologies, they developed the site in WordPress, but they did the coding for the online picture-framing module using PHP, among other programming languages.

Currently, we’re still using them for constant updates and upgrades to the website.

What is the team composition?

We’ve worked with Chintan (Head of Marketing and Business Development), Nisarg (Director), and their programmers.

How did you come to work with Techtic Solutions Inc?

We chose them for this project because they seem like they’re always able to find a solution to work around our problems, which gave them an added advantage.

How much money have you invested in this partnership?

So far, we’ve spent around $25,000 with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in February 2018, and the engagement is still ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They’ve been able to deliver according to my requirements, and I consider that a success.

How did Techtic Solutions Inc perform from a project management standpoint?

Regarding project management, they’re great at communicating through emails and Skype; they’re always on call whenever I ask for a catch-up or a booking and keep us updated on the process and milestones we set. In terms of meeting deadlines, they’re very good and meet my expectations while adapting to the project’s constant changes.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re very honest and work with us as a business partner because they want our business to succeed, which will eventually help them to grow as well.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They’ve been meeting my requirements, so I don’t think there’s anything they could improve on.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Specify your requirements and be communicative — the more details you provide, the easier it will be for both parties to meet your expectations.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the owner of a company that designs, imports, and manufactures ceramic tiles from Morocco.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Techtic Solutions Inc?

We hired them to redo our website.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Techtic Solutions has redesigned and developed our WordPress website. They’ve built a custom page with a color tool where our clients can customize their own mosaic tiles. Currently, the team is making some changes to the site before it launches.

What is the team composition?

We’ve worked with Tarun (Business Development Manager) and two other teammates, who provide updates.

How did you come to work with Techtic Solutions Inc?

We found them on LinkedIn through Tarun, who proposed redoing our website. At the time, other companies bid on the project, but Techtic Solutions laid out what they would do and how much it would cost, so we hired them.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in December 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Techtic Solutions has been up to the challenge; they’ve been on top of things from the beginning. The team listens to our needs and has stuck to our requests regarding design. Their version of the website isn’t up yet, so we don’t have quantitative metrics.

How did Techtic Solutions Inc perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re responsive and respect the weekly meetings. We communicate via Zoom.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m impressed by how Techtic Solutions strives to maintain long-term relationships with their clients.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything they need to improve.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

My advice is to ensure you’re very clear in your communication and have designs in advance. State everything that you want in detail.

BACKGROUND

I’m the founder and CEO of Amala Chai.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Techtic Solutions Inc?

We wanted to redevelop our website to make it more responsive, so we could drive up our conversions.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Techtic Solutions redesigned and redeveloped our website using Shopify. The website showcases information about our brand and products.

What is the team composition?

We worked with three team members from Techtic Solutions: two developers and a project manager who oversaw communications.

How did you come to work with Techtic Solutions Inc?

I posted an advertisement for our project online, and the Techtic team reached out via email. After researching their company, we met to discuss the project and they submitted a proposal. I preferred their pitch, portfolio, and pricing over other service providers, so we moved forward with the engagement.

How much have you invested with them?

We invested £6,000 (approximately $6,400 USD) in the partnership with Techtic Solutions.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with Techtic Solutions between June–September 2022.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Techtic Solutions has significantly improved our website’s design; the site is more responsive and appealing to users. Since they’ve just completed the project, we don’t have enough data to measure conversions, but we’ve been pleased with the improvements.

How did Techtic Solutions Inc perform from a project management standpoint?

Techtic Solutions performed well from a project management perspective; they consistently met deadlines and worked within our budget. We communicated via email and Zoom.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Techtic Solutions was a responsible partner who asked the right questions. Even from our initial call, it was clear that they had solid website development expertise. Ultimately, they offered high-quality services for a reasonable price, which we appreciated.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Techtic Solutions could’ve been more proactive with design suggestions.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I advise carrying out your own visual design work and engaging Techtic Solutions for the implementation piece. I wouldn’t rely on them for the design aspects.

BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the owner and creator of Amy Delson Jewelry. I sell uncommon handmade pieces incorporating gems, talismans, new and vintage elements.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Techtic Solutions Inc, and what were your goals?

I want to improve the conversion rate of my e-commerce jewelry site. I engaged Techtic to do an overall analysis and then make suggestions and fulfill them to improve the overall user experience and SEO of my site.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I spoke to several developers and it was no comparison because Techtic has so much depth to their team. Their customer service and communication is beyond any other, with quick reply and interactive ways to transfer ideas effectively.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

Our project is ongoing. It was initiated by some productive initial meetings and we were right to work. Homepage redesign, product page improvements, digital marketing and SEO improvements are all underway.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I was impressed because I was given the opportunity to speak with and meet the CEO of the company directly. I have a wonderful account coordinator, and an SEO team of which I have met a key leading person. I am also in communication with the coding and development team, and my point person in that department.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I have actionable steps that I am working on and can implement as I add and revise products. As someone with too much on their plate it is helpful to know I have a team behind me who is responsive and is as passionate about my jewelry and site as I am.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We are a productive unit working together. I appreciate our weekly Monday morning web conference meetings and the ongoing communication we have. Between email, Whatsapp, Figma, shared timesheets and weekly reports, they are on top of details and communicate progress well.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I'm impressed by their talent depth, authentic concern for clients, and positive communication and management style.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I can't think of any at this time.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the CEO and lead developer of an advertising services company.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Techtic Solutions Inc?

We needed experienced web app developers to continue the development of our application, since we didn’t have time to do it ourselves.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

I’d already built the template for the app, and they worked off of that foundation. At its core, the product is a directory that lists businesses on a map within someone’s local area. People can also set notifications for appointments they have and available appointments. They’ve offered to do SEO for me as well, but we’re just doing web development for now.

What is the team composition?

I work with three people: a sales resource and general manager, a developer, and a QA manager.

How did you come to work with Techtic Solutions Inc?

I found them through a LinkedIn connection. Techtic reached out to me, and after a few discussions, we were convinced of their cost and abilities.

How much have you invested with them?

The cost is around $25,000–$50,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working together since March 2021.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They’ve done a great job of following through on their assigned tasks and creating the correct interfaces. When we don’t spell out exactly what we’re looking for, however, we find that there isn’t QA being done, and bugs will slip through. This has gotten a bit better as we’ve moved forward together. The majority of their development time now is spent on fixing bugs, versus developing new features. In terms of the functioning of the site, I’m satisfied with Techtic’s deliverables.

How did Techtic Solutions Inc perform from a project management standpoint?

We have to do more of the project management on our side to keep the project going. It’s a bit missing from their side. Asana is our preferred tool; they put their tasks into there, and we also use Google Docs and Slack. Google Meet also helps with our communication

What did you find most impressive about them?

They have a huge talent pool to pull from, which is very unique.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We’re on opposite sides of the world, so time zone differences are a challenge, especially with the other services I might hire them for. If I wanted to work with them on SEO, I would need them to be on calls.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

You’ll have to be a full project manager for them, as there hasn’t been much project management from their side. There were times when I had to step in and help their developer create solutions. It feels very much like they’re similar to any other employee.
