I was also impressed by the level of professionalism of these guys. Believe me, I have something to compare. The team understands what they're doing and carefully delves into each task and bring the project to the end with high quality.

Nothing comes to mind. I wouldn't change anything. I can only wish them to move in the same direction. They are great.

Create a Moqups clickable UX prototype of the application which would allow the customer to get a better understanding of the functionality of the future system before investing in the development. Prepare the documentation which would allow the technical team to assess the scope of work and to provide an accurate budget and timeline of estimations.

Thanks to Technorely, we were able to bring an ambitious project to life, and to create the VOYCAP platform, which we hope will significantly improve the way retail investors connect with growth companies and their ability to raise capital.

Project management style was very friendly, yet serious. Communication tools ranged from Figma, Confluence and staging-environments, to pretty much all the latest tech development services available. I was very impressed with the overall project management of Technorely Inc. as a company. Technorely created for us a unique Dedicated Team. Also, they used Feature Driven Development, Scrum /Agile Methodology.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Technorely is a unique team with an unusual history, in that they are all friends that have united to build a tech company. Not an easy task to do, but with discipline it can become a success. What amazed me the most was how literally in a year they grew from a small team into a significantly sized company with over 80 employees. Such success is nearly always due to incredibly hard work with experience to match. The VOYCAP team certainly enjoyed doing business with Technorely.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I really don’t think so. But it would have been better if we could have spoken a little Ukrainian!. But thankfully they all understood English and the BAs were able to write in good English as well, to include other languages, so all in all a great service and a successful project for them and for us.

The scope of the project was excellently laid out in Confluence with specific deliverables decided in the project discovery phase. Our platform used React for the front-end, Node.js for the back-end (with Postgresql) and React Native for mobile (Android and iOS).

We focus our work with a business analyst, scrum master, QA, mobile, web, and back-end developer. Ongoing support is also provided by Devops, a designer, and CTO.

We received delivery of our MVP after a 6-month development phase. This allowed us to achieve ISO 27001 certification required to operate within a strictly controlled healthcare setting. We were also able to demonstrate the core functionality of the product to prospective healthcare partners.

We communicate most issues through Jira with new product features scoped in Confluence. The team stays in regular touch through virtual daily stand-ups and weekly sprint planning meetings with their BA who is always proactive and available on Teams throughout the day.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were incredibly impressed by the resilience of the entire team to work through the current Ukraine conflict. In addition, their continued dedication to our project to address technical issues as the arise is a further inspiration to us all.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The original spring planning and performance evaluation process made it difficult to identify areas for improvement, so this was addressed by redesigning how each sprint is monitored and updated. Given we have never met the team in person, we felt it was important to be more involved with the day-to-day operations so we have asked for a daily virtual stand-up, which we have recently started to join. We also asked for a monthly management meeting to further help with evaluating ongoing performance, which has also become part of our regular interactions.

We started the cooperation with a series of calls to understand the requirements and how the new architecture should have been structured. The main object was to expand the team as soon as possible. During the first phase I work closely with the lead developer in order to ensure deliveries were smooth and features were allow by the corporate laws. After few initial months we decided to expand the team and therefore gained additional resources from the vendor. I took the role of designer/product manager giving guidelines to the team but still letting them adding as much of their expertise as possible.

The implementation of the new solution helped each user to save hundreds of dollars per year in governance fees. The new UI/UX helped to reach users from 14 countries with main sectors as blockchain, fintech, startups, e-commerces, commodities production and consulting firms. Development of new features helped incorporation agents saving serious time in communication and internal workflows, making them saving weeks per years and therefore thousands of dollars. The help of Technorely gave Korporatio the possibility to expand the Smart Company model from 1 country to currently 4 with other 3 in development.

To have a dedicated team means we have to run weekly meetings to understand how the development is going. It requires a lot of attention in order to minimize as much bottle-necks as possible along the sprint. Jira, Discord and GitLab, are the selected tools to ensure daily communication and updates can be provided in a fast and transparent way.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We started our communication directly with one of the founders of the company who has a vast experience in Blockchain technology that made the communication process easy and clear for us. We were surprised to get ideas and suggestions from the vendor beside the tasks we set for them.
