The development of our official website, www.bcgdubai.gov.bd, marks a remrkable step forward in increasing our digital presence and public service delivery. The project outcomes include a user-friendly interface, streamlined access to consular information, and mobile-responsive design, which have collectively improved user engagement and accessibility. Since the launch, we have observed a rapid increase in visitor traffic and positive feedback from both stakeholders and the Bangladeshi expatriate community in the UAE. The developer has demonstrated strong technical expertise, timely delivery, and professionalism throughout the project.

Technext were hired to transform our current IT infrastructure, our database needed recreating and we needed a new front end suitable to be client facing. We initially had consultations discussing our best options, discussed the pro's and cons of different solutions and agreed that we required:

• A new database creating, along with advice for hosting.
• A user friendly and informative web portal accessible for clients, in line with our theme.
• A mobile app, summarising key details of customer accounts, again in line with out there, mirroring the web portal.
• On going support post go live to continually improve our portal/app by adding new features over the year.

Technext were open and honest when faced with a new/unexpected task. Theyre understanding of solutions was very clear from the timelines that were given, each timeline was met and every step of each process was explained clearly (in laymans term of course!)

Having used UK based developers in the past as it was all we knew, we were overwhelmed with the depth of knowledge within the Technext and also how they had experienced team members for each element of solution building e.g. database building, cyber security, ux etc.

No improvements on the tech front, cannot complain at all with the service Technext have provided.

In addition to the site, Technext has helped us with SEO, and they write content for us ongoingly. Currently, we’re also working on developing a custom CRM system for our platform.

We work with 3–4 key people from Technext, but their team grows as needed. We’ve had up to seven people involved in our meetings.

We've had good reviews about the website from our clients. Although it is still not finished as we want it, we're in the final stages, and everything has been good so far. As for SEO, we're seeing a lot of progress; it’s an upward trend.

Technext’s project management is good, and they always meet deadlines. We typically communicate via Microsoft Teams or Google Meet. Additionally, we use ClickUp and a Gantt chart to manage the project.

Technext was engaged to help build out the front-end of a niche environmental industry platform called Chemmunity, a Progressive Web App (PWA) built using Blazor WebAssembly, targeting features such as waste stream listings, vendor discovery, profile management, and geo-location-based networking.

The scope included integrating their Phoenix dashboard Bootstrap 5 theme into our Blazor front-end, and working with us to manage and extend core UI components.

Over time, deliverables included:

• Integration of Bootstrap theme assets into a Blazor WebAssembly project to ensure consistent UI styling.
• Development of reusable components for forms, tables, filters, and navigation menus tailored for environmental industry workflows.
• Implementation of responsive layouts and mobile-friendly views across multiple pages of the Chemmunity platform.

What stood out most about Technext was their clear internal structure and division of responsibilities. From the outset, it was clear they had a well-defined process in place with separate specialists for design, UI implementation, QA testing, and project coordination.

They were able to bring in the right team member at exactly the right moment, even for short contributions, which kept the project moving efficiently without bottlenecks. This level of operational discipline gave us confidence that every detail, from design fidelity to functionality testing, was being handled by someone focused specifically on that domain.

Their ability to execute in this modular way, almost like an internal assembly line was both impressive and highly effective.

Not specifically, Technext handled everything we asked of them with professionalism and care. While the 12-hour time difference between Dhaka and our U.S. team posed some natural coordination challenges, their team remained flexible and made efforts to adjust work hours when needed, which we appreciated.

Technext interpreted my ideas and the initial wireframes so well, producing a prototype that was clean, sophisticated and far better than I imagined it could be.
