Technext were hired to transform our current IT infrastructure, our database needed recreating and we needed a new front end suitable to be client facing. We initially had consultations discussing our best options, discussed the pro's and cons of different solutions and agreed that we required:

• A new database creating, along with advice for hosting.
• A user friendly and informative web portal accessible for clients, in line with our theme.
• A mobile app, summarising key details of customer accounts, again in line with out there, mirroring the web portal.
• On going support post go live to continually improve our portal/app by adding new features over the year.

Technext were open and honest when faced with a new/unexpected task. Theyre understanding of solutions was very clear from the timelines that were given, each timeline was met and every step of each process was explained clearly (in laymans term of course!)

Having used UK based developers in the past as it was all we knew, we were overwhelmed with the depth of knowledge within the Technext and also how they had experienced team members for each element of solution building e.g. database building, cyber security, ux etc.

No improvements on the tech front, cannot complain at all with the service Technext have provided.

I’m one of the partners at Expert Mortage Brokers, a finance company that helps individuals across the UK arrange their property finances. We also help businesses with their commercial finances.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Technext has developed our website from scratch using Webflow and, subsequently, WordPress. It is not a normal website; it has a lot of features in it, including a CRM functionality, an interactive video player, a chatbot, and an iFrame Calculator integration.

In addition to the site, Technext has helped us with SEO, and they write content for us ongoingly. Currently, we’re also working on developing a custom CRM system for our platform.

What is the team composition?

We work with 3–4 key people from Technext, but their team grows as needed. We’ve had up to seven people involved in our meetings.

We started the engagement at the beginning of 2021, and it is still ongoing.

We've had good reviews about the website from our clients. Although it is still not finished as we want it, we're in the final stages, and everything has been good so far. As for SEO, we're seeing a lot of progress; it’s an upward trend.

Technext’s project management is good, and they always meet deadlines. We typically communicate via Microsoft Teams or Google Meet. Additionally, we use ClickUp and a Gantt chart to manage the project.

Technext’s CEO is outstanding. His ideas are phenomenal, and he is running a young and progressive company.

The idea had been to create a one stop shop for all pet related items as well as link to software to support vets in managing their pet clients.

Technext interpreted my ideas and the initial wireframes so well, producing a prototype that was clean, sophisticated and far better than I imagined it could be.

Technext were extremely responsive via email which was our primary communication given we were not colocated or on same timezones. The team were thorough in outlining their plans and providing details on actions and activities.

However, our goal is to successfully implement a payment system for maintenance fees in residential communities and ensure efficient and convenient transactions for all residents.

Whenever we had any needs or changes that needed to be made, they responded promptly and professionally, making sure to implement the requested changes effectively. One of the most impressive aspects of this company was their attention to detail. Overall, our experience with Technext was very positive. They were able to deliver the requested items on time and were responsive to our needs throughout the project. While there were some areas for improvement, they did not significantly impact the overall success of the project.
