Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The scope of our project is to create custom storefront website hosted on the client's domain fully branded to the cleint. 

• Integrate custom workflows that capture infomation from the patient and upon submission, send responses from the cleint's website to our backend platform via our API. 
• Create additional custom landing pages on client's website, integrate intake form with GHL. Build lead capture flow for patients who do not complete the intake form, so leads can be contacted at a later time.
• Consult with client to understand their website needs and preferences to make sure cleint's website refelcts the client brand/tone to user. Develop custom logos/ images color pallets to fit client needs
• Bring AI-driven approaches into the website we create for the client

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• After techlusion completed our project, our client has seen about a 30% growth in conversions/ sales!
• Techlusion was able to deliver this project on time even additional change orders added to scope of the project

• Techlusion's turn around time for building new features is the best we have ever seen, which alowed us to make iterations on the website build in record time.

• The techlusion team kept us updated on progress through out the entire project so we were always aware of the process/ current deliverables being worked on

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Khelan the CTO made himself available whever we needed him throughout our project, it is hard to find someone who is so deticated to the qulaify of their work. This ended up being a deciding factor to continue working with Khean and his team in the future.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Techlusion LLC has successfully listed our app on the App Store and proven our MVP's viability. As a result, we've seen a 100% increase in user downloads YoY. Additionally, our site has seen 89,000 unique requests in the last year. Users love the design, and our retention rate is over 90%. Overall, the app has proven its value early with great thanks to the Techlusion team. 

How did Techlusion LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

Techlusion LLC has delivered on time. When the team hasn't delivered on time, it's been our problem as founders because there's so much to do, and we've tried to do too much at once. Thankfully, the Techlusion LLC team has been patient with us, guiding us and ensuring we stay in scope and deliver a great experience for our first-time users from the moment of installation. What did you find most impressive about them?

I'm impressed by Techlusion LLC's patience, code quality, and discipline to deliver. The best sign of a good dev shop: the team asks for clarity when something is ambiguous instead of guessing and shipping the wrong thing. Techlusion does this. It doesn't sound like a big deal until you've worked with teams that don't. At Majir, we would always recommend Techlusion for founders building real products who need experienced execution support. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would be great if Techlusion LLC had more resources. However, that's only because they've already given a lot. As founders, we always want more :))
