We provided the team with wireframes and designs and listed all bugs. Weekly we proof the results and talk about new bugs and features

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Within 3 month we launched the IOS version and few days ago the android version to reach more customer. Since the launch we had over 2000 downloads with good ratings

We are using slack as communication channel and talk in each channel about different topics.

The flexibility, know how and easy communication are the most impressive of these company.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Daily Status report could be very helpful in the future to get a view over all projects and ongoings.

Techling leads our development and management of our tech platform which includes web application, dashboard and backend dashboard.

The team at techling is diligent with exceptional talent which answered all our concerns and developed a great product loved by our partners and customers.

Entire systems development and regular maintenance. We have a team of engineers that support us on a daily basis.

Aside from these we get part time support for designers and website devs.

Our customer count has grown 24x since our launch and have onboarded 3 enterprise partners.

We use slack and jira boards for communicating. Aside from that we have daily check ins and biweekly sprint calls.

They are an exceptionally talented team. They take pride in their work and ownership of the tasks assigned.
