I'm the founder of an adventure company. We recently launched a consumer app.

What challenge were you trying to address with Techechelons Infosolutions Private Limited?

We sought the help of Techechelons Infosolutions Private Limited in developing a mobile app.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They developed our app from scratch. For the first month, they were in charge. However, over the last three months, we started managing everything on our own.

What is the team composition?

We worked with about six people from their team. There were two frontend developers, two backend developers, a project manager, and the founder.

They were recommended by somebody I knew for many years. We interviewed 4–5 companies, and we thought Techechelons Infosolutions Private Limited would be a fit for us.

What is the status of the engagement?

We worked from June 2021–January 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The founder understood our business requirements and it was easier for him to design solutions that would best suit us. He also successfully put our business first, which was wonderful. In addition, some of the team members he had were very talented resources. However, we didn’t really have any metrics.

How did Techechelons Infosolutions Private Limited perform from a project management standpoint?

On a scale of one to five, I'd give them four for their project management process. Their team responded well to feedback, and they took the time to understand our business, which puts them a notch higher than anybody else.

We started the project in the middle of COVID-19, so we did everything remotely. As a result, we communicated online most of the time, and we only met two months into the project.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They offered design solutions based on what our business wanted not what they thought was right. Above all, the founder was very accessible and reliable.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I couldn't think of anything they could improve. They tackled the project very well.

Any advice for potential customers?

Communication is very important for any partner. If they truly understand what you want, they can recommend the right solution for the right outcome.

Communicate your requirements during the first week as opposed to changing tracks often because sometimes business does that out of no choice. They're very adaptive, but at the same time, it's great if everyone's clear from the get-go.

The website has been designed and customized as per our requirements. Creating hierarchy in the system from region to attractions. A well-designed back-end space for admin access. Customization from view order preference to a category selection. The itinerary section has been created with customization features. A search engine that supports the system and creates ease of use of the platform.

The entire project has been a constant success.

The project manager, Imran has been very reliable. Delivery dates were always met. In case of urgent support, it has been catered to instantly. Cordial behavior, dedication, and hard work, and a good understanding of the entire project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They always had questions for us, and because of logical thinking, their involvement has helped us create a good product!

Are there any areas for improvement or something Techechelons Infosolutions Pvt Ltd could have done differently?

Would prefer the founder to be involved in the project by coming for meetings once in a while, to be in the loop of things and also give their expertise input if required.
