First, we had to interview a sufficient number of indivisuals to find a candidate most suited for the position. Because of the specifics of our tech stack and the technical skills required, this was a difficult task. 
Next, the candidate had to be onboarded to our infrastructure and start fixing dependencies in our NixOS instances that had not been updated in months. 
In another step, they had to start understanding and mapping a highly customized codebase written in Rust by a very senior engineer or the purpose of documentation and building the basis of upcoming feature development.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our first outcome was knowing we worked with developers with sufficient skill and expertise to fix the dependency issues. Secondly, there had to be a thorough understanding of the codebase to document it. 
Lastly, we will soon be able to deploy new features, mending a problem that had us stuck with little room for adjusting to user demands.

Techbiz Global has a sizeable team that communicates promptly and professionally. They work fast. While not every candidate interviewed was perfect, we were able to find and make hires much more quickly than with other services in the past. 
What became clear was that after the first interviews, our feedback helped them suggest better options for us. The process is evolving with more insight on their part.

• Website Performance: The website’s loading time improved from 1.5 seconds to 0.6 seconds, and the home page size decreased from 3.5 MB to 1.7 MB, enhancing the user experience significantly. 
• Security: The new backup system ensured the safety and integrity of the website's data, with backups consistently stored in a remote location. 
• Technical SEO: The website saw an improvement in its search engine visibility and performance, thanks to the well-crafted meta elements and improved on-page content readability. 
• Design: The redesigned thumbnails and images for special offers became more engaging and appealing, increasing user interest and boosting sales.
