Starting with the client’s requirements, we drafted a proof of concept for the design and layout. We created some mock-ups, then moved into the full feature project and some additional. The core of the project involved web development The platform is easily scaled to a phone, tablet, or desktop interface, and works responsively on each. The team completed the first version of the program. Now, we are waiting for client feedback then plan on integrating additional features.

For the ease of access to the warehouse data, the customer needed an application. They have developed the solutions from the ground up based on PHP technology.

What were your goals for this project?

The main goal of this project was to develop a web app with enhanced inventory forecasting and planning. The application allows users to filter by item name and to get access to detailed reports of all the inventory. A large portion of the application is centred around inventory planning. The reports also show which inventory is planned for each client.

We did research on who would be our best partner in our project regards to budget, deadline and skills. We found several companies, but Tech Formation was the best by far.

This system is as user-friendly as possible with some additional features and delivers fully-fledged solutions accompanying:- Organized products allocation, Optimized inventory management, Efficient and timely orders fulfillment, No need to create diverse reports manually. Whether there is a need to sort out items, pack ordered products for delivery, the system smartly guides the user. Every movement of the inbound and outbound inventory is tracked and recorded with the help of the system, thereby ensuring that not a single piece is lost or wrongly placed.

My primary points of contact throughout the engagement were the Lead Product Manager, QA and Lead Developer.

This system has helped us to Reduce costs, Optimize fulfillment, Provide better customer service, Prevent loss from theft, spoilage, and returns. when to reorder, how much to order, where to store stock, and so on can quickly become a complicated process. As a result, many of these functions are resolved with this inventory management system with capabilities beyond manual databases and formulas.

The overall project management was good, their team lead took all the responsibility for the same, and it went really good.

In this application the huge challenge was the volume of data wherein a day around thousands of records are inserting in parallel, that time we need a tool to handle the load. To handle the load they have used Multithreading in PHP, Redis Cache System and Database read/write replicas and it was very helpful and appreciable.

The main goal was to develop a single integrated platform to manage supply chain, logistics, milk procurement, payment, cost control and other operational services with minimum operational cost that will be helpful for farmers.

Dairy MIS is a comprehensive modernization business application with applicable features required for processing of milk including equipment and vehicles. This is a single sophisticated system to monitor the different parameters from cost, collection reports, transaction reports, farmer data to monitor activities in the real time tracking system.

We have created this business application for the Dairy industry, where Analyzer (A Machine) sends encrypted data to FTP server and my application fetches and decrypts that data before saving it in an organized form. On that data, we created a lot of real-time reports and notifications. To handle the load of volume of data we used Multithreading in PHP, Redis Cache System and Database read/write replicas.

What was the team composition?

We used total 5 dedicated manpower for this project, here is the details for them:

• Frontend Developers
• 2 Backend Developers
• 2 Software Tester
• 1 They provided a part time project manager as well, which was very helpful during the start and completion phase of the project.

We got positive feedback about its usability regarding Effective monitoring, evaluation, reporting system and farmer data to monitor activities in the real time tracking system.

It was easy to communicate with the project manager and always got prompt replies. In any kind of emergency situation like maximum usability issues of databases they are always ready with the solution. We mostly use Slack for communication and Mantis for bug tracking purposes.

Their management and development skills are astounding; they always went above and beyond the task. They are flexible, knowledgeable, open to suggestions, always ready to explore new ideas. They are readily available through web-conference to discuss the things.
