Thanks to Team Connect Ltd.'s work, we've been able to focus on our main area of activities, which is solving customer problems and supporting them, while they've assisted in managing the HR part. We've saved around two full-time employees (FTEs) thanks to their work. The team has provided around 20+ highly skilled candidates and helped us fill around five roles.

The selected partner received from us guidelines regarding the experience and competences of the sought QA Engineer. The requirements for their experience were very high. In total, we needed to hire four engineers.

We got what we wanted, a CRM with which we can manage the entire patient service process. We know how he came to us, what services he was interested in, what services he used, what else he signed up for. We have a flow of knowledge between doctors and institutions.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Team Connect really helped us understand the solution and were very good with business processes — they knew exactly how each process should be from beginning to end. Furthermore, the team called us often to make sure that everything was in order. On top of that, if we ever need something we could always count on them and we could always call them. Just this past week, we had a situation where we couldn’t figure out a tool so we called them and they supported us in figuring it out.

Their team was very knowledgeable, and they knew exactly what we needed because they were similar to us. We followed an agile methodology, and they showed us how to start and achieve our goals.
