Softiq faced the problem of the lack of an effective CRM and the lack of tracking progress and sales activity. The company needed a general implementation of the platform and adapting its functionality to its current needs and processes.
SOLUTION
It was proposed to implement an advanced version of Salesforce, which is intended for medium and large organizations. Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO of an IT company that started in 2015. We deliver many solutions for the government sector, especially the Polish government, including web services and large-scale web solutions.
What challenge were you trying to address with Team Connect Ltd.?
We wanted to improve our sales and recruitment process.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Team Connect presented a Salesforce solution to us. After that, we started working on gathering our requirements and were in touch with the same person for two months who worked on understanding our needs from start to finish.
In addition, Team Connect supported us in buying a Salesforce license and their engineers worked on customizing this solution to fit our needs. They changed some of the complex processes in our sales and recruitment process and adapted some things.
What is the team composition?
I was in contact with three people from Team Connect, but there could be more people behind the scenes. My main contact was their CEO, who I knew and had collaborated with in the past. I also worked with their engineers and architects.

Just this past week, we had a situation where we couldn’t figure out a tool so we called them and they supported us in figuring it out.
