I'm Director of General Business Operations, this Department is responsible for Customer Care based on outsourcing services, direct Staff Augmentation and cooperation with subcontractors as well. GBO contributes to approximately 45% of the company's revenue - it is the largest organizational unit. The rest of firm business is concentrated around the Managed Teams, there are focused specializations – in EUVIC we have 10 Manged Team Leaders as a separate business units.

The selected partner received from us guidelines regarding the experience and competences of the sought QA Engineer. The requirements for their experience were very high. In total, we needed to hire four engineers.

We got what we wanted, a CRM with which we can manage the entire patient service process. We know how he came to us, what services he was interested in, what services he used, what else he signed up for. We have a flow of knowledge between doctors and institutions.

I am very pleased with the service provided by the company, they got to know us and understood our needs, then they adapted appropriate solutions and offered them to us. The contact was via e-mail and slack.

I’m the CEO of an IT company that started in 2015. We deliver many solutions for the government sector, especially the Polish government, including web services and large-scale web solutions.

Team Connect presented a Salesforce solution to us. After that, we started working on gathering our requirements and were in touch with the same person for two months who worked on understanding our needs from start to finish. 

In addition, Team Connect supported us in buying a Salesforce license and their engineers worked on customizing this solution to fit our needs. They changed some of the complex processes in our sales and recruitment process and adapted some things.

I was in contact with three people from Team Connect, but there could be more people behind the scenes. My main contact was their CEO, who I knew and had collaborated with in the past. I also worked with their engineers and architects.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Team Connect really helped us understand the solution and were very good with business processes — they knew exactly how each process should be from beginning to end. Furthermore, the team called us often to make sure that everything was in order. On top of that, if we ever need something we could always count on them and we could always call them. Just this past week, we had a situation where we couldn’t figure out a tool so we called them and they supported us in figuring it out.

Their team was very knowledgeable, and they knew exactly what we needed because they were similar to us. We followed an agile methodology, and they showed us how to start and achieve our goals.

One of the engineers in charge of this project was very involved and understood our business processes really well, especially the dependencies between sales, recruitment, and several teams in the company.
