We worked on this project with Tangivel from February–March 2024. Throughout the project, success and progress were evidenced by strict plan fulfillment, daily meetings, an expedited approval process, and constant alignment with the technical team that will develop the new product.

The tasks include reviewing the interview guide and translating it from English to Portuguese, conducting 10 on-site semi-structured interviews lasting 1 hour each, translating notes, results, and findings into English, and presenting them to the team, followed by creating a concise research report with the main findings.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The outcome was comprehensive research for the improvement in the understanding of deep user experience (UX) and the enhancement of our digital worker feedback mechanisms specifically tailored for Portugal, with a focus on the context of Portuguese garment factory workers. Additionally, we have gathered feedback on the communication of service in Portuguese factories and successfully identified some specific bugs that required fixing.

The project main goal was to apply a new visual identity to existing assets, the challenge being the need to not change the layout or underlying functionality of the existing digital products and keeping development effort to a minimum while guaranteeing a impactful change. There were two main deliverables of the project, first a in depth assesment of each digital product and then the creation and hand-off of development ready mockups.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I can refer three outcomes.First we had 100% approval from the product and business owners of all the products worked on. Second we managed to keep all timing, and delivered everything on time with no delays, sometimes even before the expectation. Third, the effort estimations for development were also met with the designs produced.

Yes, everything was delivered on time.There was also several changes on scope during the project itself and Tangivel always answered and adapted in a agile and sucessful way,
