They are in a unique market untapped by most recruiting companies - Central and South America. They bring high quality candidates to the table that are thoroughly vetted. They provide a level of ongoing support for certain team members. They are honest, trustworthy, hard working and admit when they make mistakes and fair in their corrections of a problem.

If you are looking for Salesforce developers, Salesforce certified Administration, Admin in Insurance, General support. They will find you an incredible, technical, professional and reliable team.

Are there any areas for improvement or something TAM Solutions could have done differently?

We are engaged in a long term relationship with TAM. The only thing for them to consider is as we grow and they grow if there could be some type of self service portal for us to manage our contracts/ have visibility into their contractor hours/contracts, etc.

Outside of that they are fantastic.

We often need to leverage additional resources on short notice or in a quick turn around. Sometimes we need to have other language skills that our internal team does not possess. The TAM team offers us talent that we can then deploy under our umbrella to support our clients seamlessly. The resoureces TAM supplies work in conjunction with our recruitment teams and is montired by account and client specific metrics, including, but not limited to, sourced candidates, submitted candidates, offered candidates, and hired candidates.

Success for us is different for each client. For sum, it could be total number of hires in a period. For others, it could be productivity and candidates sourced. Ultimately, we determine our success by revenue and client retention and the TAM team plays a part in us achieving those goals.

Yes, TAM delivers resources on time and are quick to have options available as our business flexes.

Our contract terms with TAM often don't mirror the terms we have with our clients - specifically, payment terms, notice periods, etc. That sometimes makes it tricky for us to manage costs on our end with our clients. They've always been great to work with and we're comfortable coming to them with some of these challenges.
