First, we had an initial meeting where we shared our hiring needs and they took notes to understand the positions and the company goals. After that, they started the search and scheduled weekly meetings to think together and find the talent faster. They are open to changes and they adapt quickly to them.

Our first hiring with Tallenxis took less than one month. We started working with Tallenxis per position hired and now we are in a monthly scheme, with a member of Tallenxis working full-time with us recruiting and HR consultancy.

It contains a table of previous chess competitions in the league, a schedule of future competitions, details on previous winners, a breakdown of different teams, and a photo gallery.Moreover, the website is connected to market analytics tools like Google Universal Analytics, Meta pixel, and Newsletter email capture form, ensuring a data-driven approach to our online presence.

They began by working closely with us to understand the technical requirements, team structure, company culture, and expectations for the role. They then developed a sourcing strategy and actively searched for qualified candidates across multiple channels. 
The key deliverables included candidate sourcing, screening interviews, qualification assessments, candidate shortlists, interview scheduling, feedback coordination, and offer-stage support. They presented a curated list of candidates rather than overwhelming us with large volumes of resumes, which made our evaluation process significantly more efficient. 
Throughout the project, they maintained detailed communication regarding candidate progress and market feedback, helping us refine our hiring criteria when necessary.

The most significant outcome was the successful hiring of two Java Developers who joined our engineering team and quickly became productive contributors. The quality of candidates presented was consistently high, resulting in fewer screening interviews and more meaningful conversations with potential hires. 
The recruitment process was completed within our planned hiring timeline, allowing us to move forward with key development initiatives without staffing delays. We also benefited from valuable market insights regarding candidate expectations, which improved our overall hiring approach.

Every stage of the recruitment process was clearly communicated, and they consistently delivered candidate shortlists within the timelines they committed to. One situation that stood out occurred when one candidate accepted another opportunity shortly before the final stage. Rather than causing delays, Tallenxis immediately presented additional qualified candidates who were already in their pipeline. This helped us maintain momentum and avoid disruptions to our hiring plans. Communication was professional throughout the engagement, and we always felt informed about progress.

What impressed us most was their ability to balance speed with quality. Many recruitment partners focus heavily on volume, but Tallenxis took the time to understand exactly what we needed before presenting candidates. 
They demonstrated a genuine understanding of technical recruitment and were able to evaluate candidates beyond keywords on a resume. Their communication was transparent, and they consistently acted as an extension of our internal team rather than an external vendor.

Overall, our experience was very positive. If there is one area for improvement, it would be providing even more detailed written summaries of candidate soft skills and long-term career motivations before interviews. 
While they discussed these aspects verbally during updates, having additional documentation could make internal candidate comparisons even easier. That said, this was a relatively minor point and did not impact the success of the project. We would be happy to work with Tallenxis again for future hiring needs.

Usually very on-spot when it comes to getting the right candidate profiles in the recruiting process; just for one specific role we had to do 2 rounds (instead of usually 1) to get the "profile calibration" right.
