Our first hiring with Tallenxis took less than one month. We started working with Tallenxis per position hired and now we are in a monthly scheme, with a member of Tallenxis working full-time with us recruiting and HR consultancy.

Find high-potential software development and performance marketing talent based on specific role criteria aligned with the respective department heads. Engage, pre-qualify and present relevant applicants to the stakeholders; set up initial interviews and support applicants throughout the internal interviewing process. Ensure that any questions of potential new hires are addressed and resolved until the actual start of employment (together with the hiring team).

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We consistently made successful hires with the support of Tallenxis, being able to fill positions with very suitable candidates usually within 2-4 months. The collaboration (process and communication) was always very direct and efficient, keeping the workload for our own team low. The respective department heads are still very happy with the hires they made via Tallenxis.

Very professional, active and efficient working style; very responsive to our needs and if any changes in the hiring strategy were needed; very easy, friendly and open communication leading to a good and close collaboration.

Usually very on-spot when it comes to getting the right candidate profiles in the recruiting process; just for one specific role we had to do 2 rounds (instead of usually 1) to get the "profile calibration" right.
