I’m the managing partner at Vitruvian Agency. We're a marketing and PR agency that provides full-scale digital marketing solutions for businesses across the United States.

What challenge were you trying to address with TalentVerse?

We needed to change the way we operated, not just in terms of our processes but also in our service offerings. We wanted to expand our service models and, in doing so, we also needed to do a complete overhaul of our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We’ve hired TalentVerse to design and develop a new WordPress site for us from scratch and help us with our rebranding efforts. They use Figma for the designs. We divided the project into two phases, and they’re currently working on phase two of the website. This involves designing and developing several pages about our services and location.

So far, TalentVerse has created minimalistic designs with a typographic style. The website is now live, but the team is still working on building around 150 more pages for the website.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our main measures of success are the site’s responsiveness, speed, and mobile optimization, as well as its design and how effective it is from a conversion rate optimization standpoint and a visual standpoint. We also use a lighthouse speed index to track our website’s performance from a user standpoint. So far, everything is up to mark, and the scores look great.

How did TalentVerse perform from a project management standpoint?

TalentVerse has performed well in terms of project management. They usually deliver on time. We use Asana to manage the project and Google Meet for communication.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What I like most about TalentVerse is how open they are to making changes on the go. They’re incredibly flexible, communicative, transparent, and accommodating. They’re also incredibly receptive to and quick to implement feedback. We're a very fast-paced organization, and they’re able to meet our pace, which is more than I could ask for.

I’m the sales manager and senior project manager at BuzzFlick, a video animation agency. I’m responsible for e-commerce development; we want to provide our customers with a platform to create animated videos through an online tool.

TalentVerse took care of everything and delivered the best website. Moreover, the UI was well-designed and easy to use. All in all, it was a professional experience.

They developed our website in 3–4 months. We managed the project using Teamwork and communicated through Zoom and emails. We also could call them at any time.

We wanted to revamp our website to gain maximum visibility. Our objective was to have a clean user experience-driven website for our brand. The design of the website was made on Adobe Photoshop and Figma. The front-end of the website was designed using HTML CSS with the platform being WordPress. The database of the website is MySQL.

As promised, TalentVerse launched the website in one month. The website is well-designed to attract the target audience of people looking for home services and independent living. Its seamless interface helps in increasing user retention. Our target of reducing the operational costs for the project was also easily achieved.

We hired TalentVerse for an inventory management project for a client. We had to create custom software that would facilitate our client to update and track inventory in different business locations. The reason we reached out to TalentVerse is that we wanted to hire a team on a temporary basis for the project within an affordable price range. Our goal was to hire a team of dedicated software developers on a contract basis. We also had to keep our overhead costs down.

We were on a tight deadline and wanted to get the project started ASAP. TalentVerse was shortlisted due to its fast hiring process for software engineers around the world. TalentVerse committed that they would hire developers in a matter of hours so we gave them a shot. In less than two days, they came up with multiple profiles that best suited the project.

The primary objective of the project was to create an inventory management system that would be used in different business locations to keep track of the inventory being sold and purchased. The products will be tracked through the stock-keeping unit (SKU), which would be automatically updated after new items had been sold or purchased. The inventory management software allowed users to review the sales report in comparison to the stock that has not been sold. It would provide them to take smart business decisions about what items are most popular and in demand. There were two interfaces of the project; a front-end interface for users and a super-admin panel that would allow the client to manage the inventory management system. The system could host multiple users working on the software at the same time through different user roles. The technology stack for this project was React and Python.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables? The product was launched within a span of six months. The inventory management system helped us in minimizing redundancy in stock by over 25%. Operational costs had also reduced since the sales people were able to track and order new items based on the demand and supply report reflected on the system’s dashboard.

The entire team hired by TalentVerse for the project was very professional and highly qualified. Their communication about the project updates provided me and my team with a clear picture of the progress being made. There were no time-zone issues during the development as well.

I think there were no major issues experienced by me and my team during the project. I think they should provide staff augmentation contracts for three months as well instead of a minimum six.
