The Talentuch recruitment team was tasked with providing technically competent candidates to Dot.Cy for a number of positions covering a wide spectrum of roles from consulting and development to team leading. They also were consulted on job offer negotiations and current job market conditions through from a vast candidate pool not regionally defined.
They presented us with 70 candidates for all our open vacancies. From this number 11 were qualified for job offer and 9 members have become Dot.Cy employees.

We managed to close a lot of open positions in a short time frame with the flexibility offered with the type of collaboration model Talentuch is offering.

Even when the job requirements were difficult for some of the positions with limitations the Talentuch team found and proposed suitable candidates within a short period of time, and could adjust easily upon our changing priorities.

Talentuchs' approach focused on speed of service and quality at the same time. The first candidate was presented within 2 days of the cooperation start and is now a valuable team member. The recruiters have constantly during our collaboration represented Dot.Cy to candidates with the attention and care as if we were recruiting ourselves.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Talentuch could have done differently?

Might consider extending services to offer legal assistance for contractual agreements for those Companies like ourselves who are recruiting on a global scale. Other than that we are thoroughly satisfied with Talentuch recruitment services and will definitely work with them in the future for other projects.

We used to work with Talentuch on a monthly basis to close all our open positions, mostly in Malta, or remote in Europe. They have covered the whole recruitment process: starting from candidates sourcing, engaging, and interviewing and up to leading all candidates to the job offer stage.

For more than two years of collaboration, Talentuch has helped us to place 38 specialists. Despite some general openings that have been opened from time to time (Content Coordinator, SEO Specialist, .NET Engineer), we've managed to close managerial roles like Head of SEO and Head of Operation.

When receiving a candidate from Talentuch we had all the details needed for the first pre-screening, which helped us to speed up the process sometimes avoiding the HR interview on our end.
