1. Sourcing Network Engineers in Bulgaria:

Objective: Recruit skilled network engineers with specific expertise in SD-WAN technologies and professional-level certifications to fill critical Tier 3 roles within the organization.

Key Deliverables:
Identifying and engaging potential candidates through specialized recruitment platforms and professional networks.
Conducting a thorough screening process, including technical assessments and interviews, to ensure candidates meet the required expertise in SD-WAN.
Finalizing recruitment with at least five qualified network engineers to meet the staffing needs for Tier 3 roles.

2. Expansion of Team Roles to the EU Market:

Objective: Augment the current team with Customer Account Managers, Wireless Engineers, and Provisioners to support expanding operations into the European Union market.

Key Deliverables:
Recruitment of Customer Account Managers to enhance client relationships and support in the EU region.

First, the project achieved high standards in communication frequency and accuracy. All updates, changes, and key decisions were shared promptly and precisely, ensuring stakeholders remained well-informed throughout the project lifecycle. The effectiveness of communications was monitored through regular feedback from team members and stakeholders, assessing the clarity and timeliness of the information shared.

Regarding sourcing viable candidates for needed positions, the project successfully identified and hired qualified candidates for all targeted roles. These candidates met and often exceeded the minimum qualifications required for their positions. The quality of each hire was evaluated based on their qualifications, experience, and certifications, perfectly aligning with the job requirements.

In terms of project details, scope, and understanding, each initiative within the project was thoroughly documented, featuring comprehensive information and a clear definition of scope. The proposals and planning documents provided insightful analyses of pros and cons, facilitating informed decision-making and strategic planning.

The engagement and interactions with recruiters were notably natural and healthy, reflecting a positive recruitment process. This high level of engagement was evident in the personable interactions with recruiters, enhancing the overall experience and making it more positive and encouraging for all participants.

For our company, it was important how fast the Talentuch team could submit the needed specialists to align with the projects' demands. During the first two weeks, 4 candidates were submitted, 3 of whom were a great fit. 

Although we encountered some challenges and the projects didn't take off as planned, Talentuch suggested hiring a Lead Generation candidate to bring in new partners, allowing us to hire SAP specialists for newly initiated projects. Consequently, a talented, German-speaking Lead Generation specialist was hired within a month.

We had an additional candidate pipeline for our internal recruiters. During the first 5 months of collaboration, we received about 70 candidates. 2 of them were hired by Livatek. Also, we received a weekly report about the candidates' status - how many candidates have been worked out and at what stage they are.
