In addition to the direct research for our open roles, we have had a chance to check the market for one of our potential roles (managerial one) before opening it.

As a result of their work, the position was filled in less than a month.

In addition to it, she has helped us to check the market outside our prime location (Poland), examining the perspectives there.

Talentuch recruiter has managed to find a good number of professionals for our roles, increasing our pipeline a lot. During this period of collaboration, we have made 22 job offers to her candidates. Some of those candidates have closed challenging positions - some of those roles were assigned to this recruiter after the unsuccessful research of our internal recruiters.
