In addition to the recruitment project, we decided on the HR Business Partner's service, whose task was to conduct interviews with employees, audit of internal HR processes and to prepare a HR management strategy. We do not have an internal HR team, so this solution was an ideal support for us.

Then the team sent us recommendations of candidates from which we selected the most suitable ones and invited them for a recruitment interview.

We are currently continuing our cooperation, which is aimed at recruiting another 90 salesmen.
