Talent Place's role was to submit candidate proposals in a short period of time that matched our requirements as defined in the job descriptions and refined during the project bief. Talent Place's role was to source candidates for the process, then screen candidates to verify the candidates' experience and skills, as well as the candidates' financial expectations and availability. Then forwarding the resumes of the best candidates along with the recruiter's recommendation. 

Our priority was to hire a Team Leader and the entire team by June at the latest. The main expectation was that Talent Place would send properly vetted people, so that the number of rejected candidates after meeting with us would be as low as possible.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Through cooperation with Talent Place, we were able to hire a candidate for the Team Leader position for June. For Data Analyst positions, we hired two people in April, 4 people for May and 5 in June. That gave us one extra person for Data Analyst Team.

The beginning of the cooperation was not without slip-ups and mistakes in communication, as well as in the verification of candidates. No less after feedback from our side, the cooperation was heading in the right direction.
