We would like to hire experienced candidates in the IT area in a short period of time. We were looking for Programmers, Software Tester, Service Desk Specialist, Network Administrator.

At the online meeting, we learned about the Talent Place offer. We received a detailed market study that analyzed the pool of candidates available in our region. In addition, we were convinced by Talent Place's extensive experience in IT recruitment. Talent Place provided verified candidates who met all our requirements.

Their team was in regular contact with us, thanks to which we could learn about the progress of the project. Successful recruitment resulted in the extension of cooperation to attract more candidates for new roles. Our Site Lead and RPO recruiters kicked off 3 roles with TalentPlace where they went through the roles in details, the interview process as well as the ideal candidate. TalentPlace then started sourcing and sent lists of candidates for each role for review.

Based on this, they reached out to have an initial call and we took over the process from there. If we ended up making someone an offer, they would connect with them first to give them a heads up, which is always a nice touch.
