TAFF truly hit on the note of being human. Surprised to see that even the CEO and CTO were very hands on with the process, as well. What impressed us the most was their ability to be "in-person" along with "virtual" and everything in between with clear emails and execution. Every step of the way, we have felt taken care of.

In all areas of life and business, there is room for growth. The one time where we were needing some clearer articulation on verbal communication, they fixed right away. They seem open to feedback if there were any. We view them as a strong partner.

Team was able to meet deadlines working across various time zones which can be challenging at times but yet on the other hand very beneficial when managed properly. Workstreams were delivered; these added value to the operations team by having real time "up to the minute" accurate data upon which to make more informed business decisions.
