Since the project required working on technologies outside our core strength, it would have been difficult for us to deliver the project with right quality within customer's timeframe. Taazaa team stepped in and delivered the project with high quality. This helped us win the product business from the customer and to keep us as a favorable vendor for their future requirements

We are a user generated content platform product company call PulseBox. Our product transforms digital screens into beautiful interactive hubs by integrating social feeds and marketing content to provide exceptional customer engagement. I work as a product specialist, and responsibility to monitor platform development.

We were a startup, with this ground breaking ideal we believed in. Taazaa Inc as a technology partner has provided end-to-end product engineering support i.e helped us transform our concept to MVP and then helped us developed a fully functional software product.

This is a fairly new product concept. Our goal is to 1- Simplify Marketing for SMEs buy providing one single platform for all branding activities. 2- Leverage technology in new and direct ways for customer engagement

We had gone through the RFP process, we received many proposals. Out of these we selected multiple proposals based on their understanding of the concept. Then our founder did another round with technical teams to check the capability. Taazaa Inc came out to be the best from the process.

Taazaa provided end-to-end service, including UX Design, Development, architecture development, QA and DevOps, and they still provide the support. Some of the features are 1- Social media feeds rendering 2- MMS processing 3- Weather app integration 4- Advertisement engine etc.

We had a team of One Project Manager, One UI Engineer, One Software Developers and a part time QA.

As I mentioned before, we started with an idea. The MVP developed by Taazaa helped us get our Seed Funding. Today we have 10+ customers who use the product actively. We are working on planning for Version 2 of the application.

The team at Taazaa is very responsive and efficient. We loved working with them they new technology in and out, and always had some recommendations for us to improve.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The most impressive thing about Taazaa is their expertise in Software Development. Which we realized from the first interaction with them. The way they made us understand the software architecture, their development process was pretty convincing.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We managed this project with scrum methodology. We had fixed deliverables each sprint, here are some of the delivered features under each module:

• Patient data management: Patient portals, Medical image management, Patient demographics and history
• Clinical decision support: Clinical practice guidelines, Drug-drug interaction alerts, Clinical documentation support
• Electronic prescribing: Medication history and drug database, Medication management and order entry, electronic prior authorization etc.

Overall, we are delighted with our project management and delivery. The team was focused on clear communication and attention to detail, delivering the project on time and meeting our needs. Taazaa team was always available to answer questions, address concerns, and provide support.

We were impressed with their domain knowledge and technical expertise. There were multiple compliances example HIPAA, those were new to us in a way, we had not implemented those before. Team helped a lot in making sure we adhere to all compliances.

The team was Hybrid, so only few members were available afternoon. This is both positive and negatives. Positive because, anything we communicate even late in evening got done by early morning out time. Negative, because in case of any change, we could not get those implemented immediately.
