Design language meet our expectations and requirements, deliverables were on time, front end was very smooth and the CMS works really well. The instructions on how to use the CMS were pretty clear and easy to follow and overall the experience of working with them was great.

I had been following Zhenya and her work for a bit and knew I wanted to work with her on our new website. Her sensibilities with movement and composition was exactly what we were looking for.

They worked closely with us on the website design and handled all of the development. Contentful was used as the CMS (backend admin).

We received amazing feedback on our site. The site was featured as the site of the day on AWWWARDS as well as featured on SiteInspire.

The entire process was very smooth. All questions were answered quickly. Even after the site launched, if any issues came up they were very quick to respond and walk us through the backend. No complaints.

Our site is beautiful and it's easy for us to update.

There was an issue with adding a new project after the site launched. However, I reached out to Zhenya to let her know and she fixed the issue in less than 24 hours.

CAM is a virtual museum on instagram that collects and exhibits artwork created during the pandemic around the world. My position within the company is as a co-founder.

The project has had a global reach, we have received works from over 120 countries and have been talked about in various media around the world. The creation of a website was a necessary step to consolidate the museum, after having become a viral phenomenon on instagram and having held a physical exhibition in Sao Paulo.

I´m the co founder and owner of Nanna Lagerman Studio, a small creative studio specialized in elevating interiors and spaces.

My website was created over 10 years ago and had become outdated. I hired them to redesign my site and create an innovated site with graphic and digital work. As a result I´m hoping to increase traffic by the end of this year - and it´s really awarding to have a website made by the studio.

I looked for a longer time and found it hard to find someone who mirrored my aestethics, but when my son who is in the industry said, mom this is what you´re looking for - it was never a hard choice.

The studio has created a new website for my studio with pages such as about, work, press, contact. I gave a brief what I was looking for, they made two moodboards directions and during the process we had close contact and agreed. It was easy to collaborate and find new directions during the process.

Important steps were moodboard style and the colors on the website, it was easy to find a common understanding for the next step. All collaboration took place via email and the process from start to launch was about six months

I worked direct with Zhenya, the graphic designer and later on the SS made the digital programming.

I feel that my website is unique and personal, graphically and digitally innovative. I have received many positive comments and after the launch I had an increased number of followers at my Instagram.

Very professional, trustworthy, feedbacks quickly, solution-oriented and very easy to work with. The team's project process was very smooth and easy, and they kept the schedule timely.

I really like Zhenyary's graphic design and the studio's digital work - I could not find it anywhere else, they are unique.

We came across their work on Awwwards and were very impressed by the creativity and uniqueness in their work, as their work really stood out from the other designers. The quality was also consistent across the different projects in their portfolio, which assured us that our project would also be delivered to the highest quality.

We worked with Synchronized Studio for the design of our custom-design Shopify site, including micro-interactions and animations as well after the designs were done. This was for desktop and mobile. At the start, we went through a mood board put together by their team and provided our honest feedback on almost all individual reference images to ensure that our preferences are conveyed. Our project also included a photo shoot mood board, which greatly aided us in communicating our requirements with our photographer.

We worked very closely with their co-founder, Zhenya, and carried out all the communications with her.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The result that Synchronized Studio delivered exceeded our expectations. Given the nature of our business and the focus on sustainability, we had pages that demanded more in terms of creativity to present the text-heavy information. The team kindly suggested their input to make changes to how we could present things and were very flexible in terms of our requirements.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

All communications were done through emails, and all the work was shared on one platform (Marvel), which were smooth and effective. In terms of timeliness, the team was always very prompt to update us with new designs and design revisions (often within a week, and at times as soon as 1-2 days). At the end of the project, all the files were shared with the developer in an organised and clear manner, which allowed us to have a smooth development process with a different team.

Their timeliness, flexibility, creativity, and responsiveness were the most impressive things about them.

Everything was good, from the organisation of the project to the delivery.

I hired the agency for my portfolio website which I’m using to present my projects in a professional way and gain new clients.

I found their instagram handle and was amazed by their beautiful work.

The inquiry contained a portfolio website including the homepage and the inner pages “About”, “Works”, “Illustration”, “Contact” and the work inner pages. The project steps were divided in “Website Design” (moodboard, design concept, mobile/desktop layout, five inner pages layout), “Website Development” (frontend coding, backend development) and “Quality Assurance & Launch”. For the design review Marvel prototypes were used.

The content management works with the platform Contentful. The whole website was coded with HTML/CSS supporting various browsers.

My main contact person was Zhenya Rhynzuk. She was responsible for the art direction and design of the whole website as well as managing my inquiries and replying to my requests. After the website was finished and launched I was briefed by Filip Arneric on how to work with the platform Contentful to manage my projects.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I was very happy with the final website and very pleased to work with Zhenya and her team. She was an amazing guidance and I trusted her 100% that she would create the best possible website which fits the style of my brand.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I reached out to Zhenya directly for my inquiry. We did not have an onboarding/intro call, but I didn’t get the feeling anything was missing. The communication over email worked very smoothly and she always replied in a short amount of time. Also the timelines she sent at the beginning of the project were perfectly fine and we finished the website with great satisfaction from my side.

I am very satisfied with the quality and final product. Synchronized Studio was able to enhance my brand and create such a unique website.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed me at first were the high professional websites they created, working very smoothly and fast including unique micro animations. The further we went with the process of my project the more I was also impressed by the very structured and transparent project phases.
