As far as marketing goes, they do a lot for us. All of the SEO efforts are covered by SYMVOLT. That includes technical site optimization, content strategy, on-site SEO, link building and PR activities. All of those could be separate projects, but we have all of those components combined into a large project. 
The main metrics we keep track of is keywords rankings, number of relevant keywords we rank for, search traffic we attract, leads we get, lead to client ratio, and conversion rates. I love how SYMVOLT is reporting on each of these metrics. We get clear report, no fluff. I can say they are experts on all fronts.

Our website went from 1,200 people a month to over 15,000 a month and growing. They are by far the best SEO service we have ever used and worth every penny.

They are highly organized, always available for us when we need them (not that we have a lot of questions for then on a regular basis). They are dedicated to our project. We would have our status check calls bi-weekly, on top of that they would send us these video recordings with the progress updates, so from a communication standpoint they are top of the line.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are very creative. We used to work with niche SEO agencies that were supposed to be “la creme de la creme” within our industry, but guess what, they didn’t perform too well. I don’t know why, maybe it was the tunnel vision they developed as a result of working with too many financial planners or something else. 
What I know is that SYMVOLT's work was way ahead of the curve. I think that has to do with the fact that SYMVOLT works with clients from different industries and can apply various strategies to our case. That gives them extra flexibility, I think.

Our initial goal was content writing and content marketing. But soon we realized that Symvolt’s team had way more to offer, so we added content strategy services, link building and even SEO. Now Symvolt is handling all of our content-related activities, they also help us with the website tech and on-page SEO.

Symvolt has been a great partner for content creation and some other marketing areas I wasn’t originally focusing on. They have been a great extension to our team. So far we have multiple projects completed with them, I don’t think we would have gotten where we are now without Symvolt. 

When we started working on SEO and keywords for our web pages, we went from absolute zero to ranking as high as page 1-3. We receive regular performance updates with all the analytical statistics and reports.

We started with the keywords analysis. They came up with a plan on how to optimize our existing pages and make them rank higher for those specific keywords we picked. On top of it we had a content strategy developed to help us rank for new keywords. Their content writers create new blog pages for us and then they have off-site experts who generate new links specifically for these pages. The strategy is very personalized and custom-built, and most importantly it is delivering great results

• Our main channel for client acquisition has always been referral. We did not have a lot of inbound leads coming in and asking for our help with their IT department. We knew that we needed to change the momentum and start developing a reliable traffic channel, and the SEO was the way to go. 
• About 4 months after we started working with SYMVOLT we had our first inbound lead from the search traffic and we closed it. It was $16,000/month, and we’ve had this client for almost 2 years now - that’s almost $400K that we were able to generate in revenue. 
• My point is we can clearly see measurable results in terms of dollars. 3 years ago we were in the middle of nowhere in terms of our brand visibility and organic search traffic. 
• Now thanks to SYMVOLT, their expertise and extreme efforts we’re exactly where we wanted to be. The business is growing, we’re getting more clients signed up every month, our churn is less than 3%.

• Symvolt has been an impressively effective marketing partner. They are on top of all the marketing activities. We greatly appreciate their efforts that so far have resulted in almost 3.5X traffic to our website. Our CTR has gone up by almost 22%, and we notice that people spend more time on our website as the average site visits went from 30 seconds to 4 minutes. The reason for that is our new blog that is greatly informative and very actionable. Symvolt also helped us realize that it’s not always the bottom of the funnel traffic that matters (sure, that’s good for the ROI), but if you truly care about your audience and you want to develop and nurture it, you need to pay more attention to top and the middle of funnel too
