Main deliverable was a comprehensive structure for a a new service line with an independent team. The structure entails a framework for transformation management and the rollout blueprints. That includes the org structure and business model and operating model.
The second deliverable was filling key hires at the top of the chain but syleka was still overseaing the launch of the service line and implementation. They also created the performance management framework for this new division.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The implementation process was on track. The project management of the rollout was smooth and they managed to tackle hurdles and challenges with grace and creativity. Also they successfully hired fantastic candidates under the approved budget. I expected this to be a 12 month journey but they nailed it in less than 9 months.

The project manager process was amazing because they coached me and my team using ClickUp and made it very simple but very effective. It took a few weeks before we calibrated but they were patient with us yet strict with action items.

Their passion to dive really really deep into matters. It's like they were always challenging themselves. Also, the Syleka team was very knowledgeable and was great in understanding what was on my mind and articulating it perfectly.

For their price nothing comes to mind. It would've been nice if they could've tracked the exact man hours for each team member during the implementation phase but it didn't bother me at all. They've inboxing was lump sum amounts which was verified collectively and I'm ok with that but I was curious for a more detailed breakdown.
