I'm the President of a company that supports is under contract with a large university in the US for moving and storage services.

What challenge were you trying to address with SYLEKA?

We needed help with our organizational structure, international hiring, candidate assessment, and CEO vision.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

SYLEKA created an organizational structure chart and provides recommendations for hires based on consultations. The team also sourced and assessed candidates for us.

What is the team composition?

We worked with 2–5 members of SYLEKA's team.

How did you come to work with SYLEKA?

We found Ayman and SYLEKA through LinkedIn initially. We chose to work with them because they were a great culture fit, their company values aligned with ours, and we had a great consultation with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in March 2025 and plan to continue to work with SYLEKA as additional needs arise in the future.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

SYLEKA has provided us with a strategy, an organizational chart, and an understanding of international hiring. The team has also sourced candidates. Moreover, we've gained clarity on the marketing director role, the agency traffic manager role, and the chief of staff role.

How did SYLEKA perform from a project management standpoint?

SYLEKA has delivered on time, and Ayman is super responsive. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I'm impressed with Ayman because he's a class act, very professional, and responsive.

I can't think of anything for SYLEKA to improve.
