LogosTour Sp. z o.o. is a leader in organizing trips and tourist trips for the most demanding customers. For four decades, it has been fulfilling Poles' dreams of exotic travels to every corner of the globe.

It gives you the opportunity to choose from over 200 proposals for cultural and cognitive trips to 7 continents, during which he takes care of every detail of the trip. At LogosTour I am employed as a Marketing Specialist and I coordinated the entire project.

For what projects/services did your company hire Sygnisoft S.A., and what were your goals?

Meeting the expectations of our customers and responding to the dynamic changes on the market, we decided to build our internet platform from scratch, adapted to the desktop version and mobile devices, where the rich LogosTour offer is presented and to improve the online purchase process of the proposed tours.

For this purpose, we were looking for a partner who, relatively soon, would create a dedicated solution for us, enabling our clients to find and select interesting tourist offers, and enable immediate purchase via the Internet.

It was enough that we presented the idea in a few words, and Sygnisoft immediately improved the idea by taking into account the complex technological possibilities.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The project is still being developed in cooperation with Sygnisoft. There will always be areas that can be improved over time, which we are gradually advancing.

My knowlage about IT solution is moderte so I wanted to find the the company which help me to from the very basic. as I know they used php framework

I appreciate the very good consulting and advising level from Sygnisoft. This is because of lack of Time I wanted to get full service with dad coated high quality specialists.

still we consider to improve some of functionality and add new solution. But I am overall very pleased to Sygnisoft, especial that I did not provide detail specification

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I am the CEO and co-founder of Strangelet Studio. We are a mobile game company located in Poland. We mainly specialize in developing and testing games, as well as analyzing key metrics and giving reports on how to improve mobile games in this market.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Sygnisoft S.A.?

We needed a partner to develop a platform for testing and analytics purposes for games. The mobile gaming market evolves very quickly, and it is very risky, so we needed to make a bridge between our project and different external SDKs like analytics tools to gather and collect data from different marketing campaigns.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Sygnisoft S.A. helped develop a web dashboard that would be able to collect all of this data, present this data in some kind of a visual chart, and also make predictions. The goal of this project was to make a platform that speeds up our process of making and testing different prototypes of mobile games.

They used some web technologies like PHP and Symfony. They were also in charge of designing the whole architecture of the dashboard and implementing different bridges between external analytics tools to gather and collect all the data. Additionally, Sygnisoft S.A. designed things to represent it in some kind of a visual way for our analytics to have a clear view of the results from different prototypes.

The project was tested on different prototypes. The scope of the project that Sygnisoft S.A. was in charge of was very broad because they were working with our developers to get to know the specifics of the development and the analytics of the games to have a clear view of how to create the whole architecture of the dashboard that connects different markets like making games and also external analytics tools.

What is the team composition?

I am mainly in touch with the project manager as well as the graphic designer who is in charge of making some mock-ups and the graphic side of the project. I am in touch with him very closely to review these mock-ups and have a view of the direction of the project. My team works with two backend developers as well as one frontend developer.

How did you come to work with Sygnisoft S.A.?

We were searching for a company in the same time zone because we wanted to have close and responsive cooperation. Our project connects different topics including the process of making games and analytics, so responsive cooperation was important to us.

Sygnisoft S.A. is one of the most recognizable companies in Poland, and from the first contact with them, I felt a big commitment from their side. I wanted to give them a try and I was quite impressed with how smooth the work was.

How much have you invested in them?

The project is still ongoing and we intend to have a budget of around $300,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project started in January 2019, and it is still ongoing. We have some plans for this platform in the future.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I can say that this platform has sped up our workflow in a very significant way. It is effective, and maybe the best evidence is that we are still going to develop this platform and perhaps sell and give that tool as a product to a wider audience of mobile gaming companies. I am quite impressed with how effective it has been.

How did Sygnisoft S.A. perform from a project management standpoint?

Everything was very transparent. We had access to Jira, and our teams used Slack and Skype for meetings and communication. Most of the communication was carried out online because of the pandemic situation.

They were very responsive and willing to discuss different topics. The communication was very smooth and clear. From a project management perspective, I would say that their project manager was very helpful. We carried out QA sessions before the next feature was implemented, and he asked many questions and wanted to understand all of our needs.

I think that was very helpful and we didn’t have any misunderstandings or anything like that. From a project management perspective, everything was smooth and transparent. We knew what we had expected and the progress of the features. I was impressed with how transparent everything was.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their commitment and engagement in the project stand out. The team from Sygnisoft S.A. was very curious about every aspect of the mobile gaming industry, how we make games, and how to make a bridge from the development perspective.

I think that was something new for them, but I really wanted to highlight their commitment to the engagement because that attitude helped in having such a smooth and successful development.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They should keep the same level of engagement and every potential client will be as happy as we are. We felt that they wanted to discuss things and get to know these topics as well as they could because that leads to quality. They should keep that same level of engagement in every project.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

The team is highly experienced and effective, so I would advise potential customers to be transparent with them. I think every problem has a solution, but there is a need to communicate it with all people involved.

Have meetings and brainstorming sessions because anything can be solved with such experienced people. Be transparent with them and give insight from your company so that they can get to know what your needs are in a good way.

We hired Sygnisoft to develop new frontend which had to be integrated with Back Office API including Payments services, Wallets, Casino Games, User Profile, Inbox and many more functionalities.

How did you select Sygnisoft S.A. and what were the deciding factors?

Sygnisoft has very dedicated knowledge from gambling sector which is great advantage. Their developers know basics concepts of Slots, how is wagering and bonuses working, how is Affiliation software tracking players and how to optimize the site. This is not an easy task to find developers with this kind of experience.

Sygnisoft had to design the whole architecture and built Frontend and middle layer tools which had to be integrated with Back Office platform to run the Casino.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Project had a very tight timescale as we had to migrate from one platform to another within 3 months. We couldn't be delayed because old platform was closed. Sygnisoft had delivered new Frontend integrated with new platform on time and we had successful migration smoothly.

We managed all the project with Jira making everything clear and predictable.

The company has great knowledge of the gambling market.
