Over the last few years SX Marketing have designed me a website, ran PPC ads and completed on site SEO. This has taken my business to the next level in terms of my branding, traffic and overall monthly leads. 

The ads have allowed me to let them know areas I would like to target within my services and locations in the county and from this they have generated me phone calls and lead forms. 

SEO has allowed me to build up in the rankings over time, which I have had regular reports on where I have seen the growth over time, and this has correlated with my drastic increase in organic traffic and leads. This has all come from build out service and location pages and technical site SEO.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The measurable outcomes for me were the overall leads and traffic. As a new company these both started as 0 and I now see over 2,500 users a month and on average over a lead a day. This has come from the Google Ads and SEO work that has been carried out by SX.

Work has always been delivered to the deadline with SX and are very responsive to any phone calls and they also have a support chat where I can out in a message at any point.

How easy they are to contact and their overall management of the campaign. This has been second to none and I haven't seen another agency that has provided this service to that kind of level.

Nothing comes to mind for this they have taken my company from nothing to where it is now

We needed help to rebrand our business.

What was the scope of their involvement?

SX Marketing has been helping us with materials for social media posts, SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing efforts. At first, they gave me a solid overview of what they could offer to solve what I was trying to do.

The focus of our campaign was to refresh my LinkedIn page from a personal brand standpoint because it was pretty outdated. Hence, SX Marketing helped me create a profile more aligned with our current teams as a business that could also be more esthetically pleasing. 

What is the team composition?

I’ve been mainly working with Luke (Founder), and he has his team working behind the scenes. We like working personally with Luke because he’s very hands-on with his company.

How did you come to work with SX Marketing?

They were referred to me by a friend, and after reaching out to Luke, we started from there.

How much have you invested in them?

We’ve spent around $5,000 with them so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in October 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our colleagues working in the recruitment sector have provided positive feedback saying that SX Marketing has made a difference in our profile because beforehand, it was outdated. I’m delighted with what they did for me, and I plan to develop my website with them.

How did SX Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management has been straightforward and seamless; they don't overpromise and keep their word. Their team also keeps their timelines and is flexible. In terms of communication, we use WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their personal touch and passion for their work are outstanding. They proactively provide ideas on what they think can work for our project. We feel like they enjoy what they do and aren’t doing this just for the money. In addition to that, they’re affordable — I’m surprised with the prices they come back for their services, which are very decent compared to other providers.

Overall, I’ve found similarities with them as young entrepreneurs; they seem reliable, hardworking people who ensure that a good job is done, which is nice.

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on because I’ve been happy with their work.

Be clear with what you’re looking for and put across ideas so they can have something to work with.

Anytime Fitness is a gym franchise, I own the branch in Chelmsford, Essex.

For what projects/services did your company hire SX Marketing, and what were your goals?

Being part of a franchise we have very little control over the website and some of the branding, so it can be difficult to generate leads digitally.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Luke had previously worked for me as an apprentice when he was younger, then left to travel & then start his own digital marketing & web design agency. He had done an excellent job for me in his younger days so I was happy to hire his agency to work on our digital marketing & graphic design.

Luke knows the brand well having worked here previously, so the onboarding process was very easy. This was made easier by Luke having acquired a much broader skillset and deeper knowledge of digital marketing since leaving.

The goal is to generate as many leads as possible & stick within the brand guidelines of the franchise. Luke designed & created a broad range of social media content and adverts to generate conversions to our website. When we realised that the franchise owned website was the sticking point, he designed a fantastic landing page that increased conversion rates dramatically.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked predominantly with Luke personally, and have recently started working with a colleague of his specialising in Google ads.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I do not recall the exact numbers but I would guess that lead generation at least doubled on a monthly basis once all the adverts, social media content and landing pages were implemented.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Knowing Luke personally obviously makes the whole process easier but he is a great guy, very personable and I can imagine for any new customers he instantly likeable and approachable.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They cover all bases for digital marketing, and their communication and attentiveness are excellent.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing in particular I can think of. Luke now works with a few different experts in different digital marketing fields, so that covers what could have been perceived as an area for improvement.

I started a campaign with SX Marketing at the start of last month. The deal was for 12 hours of SEO optimization per month. SEO is a slow game but I'm fortunate in that this campaign has already paid for its first two months.
