The elements mentioned on the proposal were delivered timely. However, some special requests weren't followed up and failure of constant communication from both sides regarding approvals

I got an email from them offer for Seo services. After checking their references and agreeing on certain budget I decided to hire them.

For most of the keywords I can see the position of my company is up. It's been few months so far so hopefully will move to the very top.

We wanted to build our brand and the first step towards the same was to design the brand logo. Being too inexperienced in this field, we weren't really sure what we wanted. It was just an idea on paper that needed to be transformed into an attractive design.

To be honest, we didn't have many expectations since the last vendor we worked with left a bad taste. The services were unprofessional and caused a lot of dissatisfaction. We were referred by a friend and selected this vendor just as a "try-out".

They were quite patient in understanding our requirements and vision. I suppose the job was very difficult for them since we did not have a clear strategy ourselves. It wouldn't be unfair to say that they did a lot of hand-holding for us which was not their job. But it was really nice to see them helping us out at each step. We were mind blown in the first draft itself, but the best thing was they continued gathering info from us and still looked for ways to improve. It is safe to say that these guys were more interested in absolute customer satisfaction rather than just ticking a box. The final product succeeded all our expectations.

The best thing was that there was always a single person talking to us and understanding our requirements, which made the process hassle-free and non-confusing.

It's too early to define an outcome as this is a new brand, but I have high hopes going forward, because the brand design looks absolutely fantastic, much better than we had ever imagined.

We had regular calls and the action items were noted down and shared regularly. The communication lines were absolutely clear and we had absolute clarity at all times.

They were absolutely committed to our idea. They were patient, and they were always paying attention. They helped us to understand our own needs which was great to see. They paid emphasis to research and did not miss out on any of the details. The creativity was remarkable and they always wanted to improve which was great to see. It felt like as if the product was their own and they are truly interested in its success. It was an absolute delight working with them.

I would describe the experience as perfect.
