Switch Dreams helped us solve some issues in our company. We had 3 websites that were malfunctioning. Deliverables:
A Figma project containing all screens of a website with a focus on UX/UI to enhance the experience of obtaining the first driver's license for Brazilian drivers.
Improvements to our landing page (for example, we didn't have a services section).
Added tools for direct contact through WhatsApp.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We had limited financial resources to invest in the systems, and Switch Dreams provided us with a very competitive price to assist us. We also noticed that our sales page increased the number of conversions, and the customers who reach our sales team are more qualified. Finally, the screens they developed in Figma turned out great, but we haven't been able to progress with the software development yet.

The project will be developed with some important techniques and methods for projects of this size: API, Expo, TDD and linter. APIs are interfaces to link the backend and frontend, they serve the information from the database to the frontend in the best way to be used. The API's advantage is the efficiency and performance it can deliver, in addition to having this interface available for use in other applications through the HTTP protocol. TDD is the test-oriented development technique, when developing a system with this technique you guarantee automated tests, that is, it increases the reliability of the system since with each change made it will be possible to verify in seconds if any problem has been generated.
linters are code analysis tools, using them guarantees good code quality, if any future maintenance is needed, it is interesting that any programmer can have a good understanding of the code and linters are a good way to take advantage of this standardization of good practices and code quality. Expo is a tool for react native that facilitates the build of the application image, that is, using this tool facilitates the process of having the application in both Android and iOS versions.
The technologies used will be Ruby on Rails for the backend and React Native for the frontend, the choice of technologies is made to take advantage of technologies in the market that enable agile development, with great quality and performance.
