What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

has generated more than $500,000 in revenues over the last two years. As we are located in Ukraine, we have been serving 100s of clients in the B2C and B2B segments. alongside it, the traffic is growing constantly a year over YoY.

Agrolink was created as a startup and of course, during the design and dev, we had some major changes in the product. however, the team managed to fully understand our goals and needs. most of the deliverables were made in time because sometimes it depends on us. 
Sometimes it depends on us, sometimes on the developer but overall, we were very satisfied with Swaileap's work. The key of successful corporation was a great communication between us as a client and the team as developers and designers.

First of all is the knowledge of the technology and understanding the vision and the strategy of our company. Secondly, we started from the deep planning, which is very important and we and Swaileap team were on the same side with it. They didn’t rush the development, but they rushed the precise planning. Third, the communication and how they reacted to different changes during the development process.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Swaileap could have done differently?

I think they are professionals in what they do, and they can keep improving their market and their field of business. There are no limits to the improvement of communication, project management, and development processes.
