What was the scope of their involvement?

There were three main phases of the development. The first didn’t involve them. The second was they worked to build an application. They built the final product of the application. They did not do everything I wanted, but they’re working towards it and we’re on the right path. That’s the third phase.

The app is a multivendor platform that’s available for both iOS and Android devices. They handled the UI, development, and programming.

Personally, I worked with maybe six people.

I contacted more than seven corporations I found through Google. SVAP was one of them. I saw their feedback and went forward with them after talking to them.

We spent about 9,000 Kuwaiti Dinars (approximately $30,000 USD).

We began in December 2019, and the relationship is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The feedback is very good, but it’s not what I expected. We’re working on adjustments now. It’s been a very good partnership. Whenever I thought we would hit a dead end, they came up with ideas to fix things. They’re very creative.

While I don’t give them a perfect score on project management, we worked with them during COVID-19. That’s responsible for a lot of the issues with the development. Communication was through Skype and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re very responsive. They quickly answer all questions, which allowed me to build trust. This gives them an advantage. They have an excellent atmosphere around their company.

No, I don’t have anything to suggest.

After the project was delivered i was satisfied with the outcome, it was exactly what i expected.

I like the fact that even after the project they still kept in touch and also provides constant updates and upgrade.

I am CSO at a online media company based out of Noida (Delhi/NCR). We have about 20 employees and we publish the curious and interesting stories along with compelling graphics in different categories.

We do not have in house engineers to develop the MVP then Market ready product. So we needed to outsource the designing and development part.

We were searching for app developers and we got list of freelancers and some app development company then we contacted them and shortlisted to 2 companies. We found the team of SVAP Infotech quite dedicated and gave us many more ideas about my project in terms designs and development. We liked that part so we decided to work with SVAP Infotech.

Once we selected this vendor, we discussed our goals and objectives, Within the first two weeks, we received mockups and 3 initial designs for the iOS and Android apps. After a few iterations, we finalized the design and provided feedback. Then they came with nice color theme for our app and decided to go with that.

Initially, we were assigned a project manager to make him one point of contact for us. All of my discussions were with project manager and then coordinated 2 frontend developers, 2 back developers, 1 UIUX designers and as well as QA resource.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Within 5 months our beta version were ready and the app was working perfectly fine. Then we added some new features and after one month it was ready for go to market product. We got over 5000 downloads within a month. And 4.5 ratings and still we are getting good traction.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The project manager was so committed to the deadlines and his team never miss any deadline. We connected over a phone call and even on Slack for communication. Also project manager assigned the task on Trello to track the completion of project.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their knowledge of app development, UX, and the latest trending technology was amazing. I will certainly engage with this company again for any app updates.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Everything was fine and we got the product on time. We were very much satisfied with their work.

This team has developed a different successful app in the fantasy league industry. We came to know about them through that app's website and decided to connect with them. We liked their confidence, guidance and support; so decided to go with them.

Fantasy League Industry is highly competitive. So, once we finalised this team, there were a lot of discussions on ideas, features and goal that we had in our mind. This was put across to their team; their team came up with their suggestions which we felt was good for our business and we decided to go with it.

We then signed up the agreement wherein everything was shared in detail. Post that we made the initial payment of 10% and the team started with the work. The agreement even states the payment for each of the milestones and the team has been upto it and have been supporting us throughout the process.

Once the initial payment was done; a Project Manager was assigned to us. This person was the main point of contact for everything. He was very supportive of hearing our inputs and advising us that was very nice. It is now taken over by another friend and we love this team.

The application is still in development stage; however we are extremely satisfied with the progress. They have done what they have committed till now and I would say they have done way above that. We are truly satisfied.

As mentioned above, a Project Manager was assigned for this task and he is very friendly and I am the one coordinating with their team. This team is very proactive and supportive. They ensure that everything is taken care of and I was made aware of everything on time.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

It took a few years to establish a presence in the industry, but we're currently the second-largest brand in the world. This all came about because of help and support from their team. 

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They created a seamless experience by being exceptionally calm and focused. We used Slack and daily check-in phone calls. They scheduled small sprints were small and emphasized timely deliveries.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They had great capabilities in every field, but their best quality was their prompt updates. They helped us make our product even more successful.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I don't have much to suggest. We suggested that they improve their graphics' standard, which they are currently doing.

We are really happy with their work. Everything went as per the plan. There is no delay in the delivery of the project. We are thankful for the project manager and their teams who worked in our project.

The communication and the workflow between us and the project manager is really good. There will be frequent discussions about the status of the project. All our feedback will be analysed by them seriously, and we will discuss how effectively we can develop the application. The communication between us and the project manager is highly appreciable.

I was happy with the work done by them. I was impressed by their work and the on-time delivery of the project. There will not be even a single day delay from them. They are very polite. We will work with them in the future for many of our products.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They just finished developing an e-learning mobile app. We educate entrepreneurs on if they want to start their own business or if they’re having marketing difficulties, and the main purpose of the app is to provide education and coaching to entrepreneurs. I will provide the content from my side, and they will then upload courses on the app, which the registered users can access. Customers can register through either iOS or Android.

They developed the app from scratch. I gave them the layout for the apps and they added their own suggestions as well.
