I'm the Executive Director of SMT Global, an educational consulting firm based in Nepal. Our headquarter is in Sydney, Australia. We provide study-abroad counseling and visa services.

Actually, we had a website that was created years ago and was very outdated. We decided to update our website with a modern design and minimal appearance. This work was completed by Susankya Global with full integrity and dedication. Later, we also subscribed their CMST which was really helpful in our day to day business operations.

As they already have a widely known brand name for CMST service in the consulting sector, So doing some internet surfing and knowning their previous works I decided to give them a try.

Firstly, we had a meeting about our project. Then a project manager was assigned and he discussed and collaborted with us about the project details and steps. Then they prepared some mock-ups and graphics and developed the project.

In my project, there were 2 people working with me, a project manager and a project co-ordinator.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After the completion of our website, I was able to grow my business and increase client statisfaction.

While doing our project, a project manager was always in touch with us. He gave us the daily report and took feedback from us. We commonly used to communicate via WhatsApp or Gmail.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team at Susankya Global was superb! They had great energy, and innovation was always their first step. Their time schedule and professionalism are other factors of impression.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Our website was ready and live on the internet. After some time there were bugs and some error, I let them know and they were quick enough to fix the issues ASAP!

I am the founder and CEO of a real estate agency, Sahil Real Estate Pvt. Ltd. We are a leading real estate brokerage company and property management firm in Kathmandu, Nepal.

I know how powerful online presence is and how effective Internet can be for any business. Ever since the pandemic started, this was more prominent than ever. We wanted to have a CMS (content management System) website where all our employees and agents could log in and post property details and view inquiries, as well as a CRM tool where we'd track our progress remotely. So, we chose Susankya Global, LLC for our website development and CRM tool.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We first started out with CRM development companies. We found that Susankya Global had a product for consultancies called CMST, a work management tool and a CRM. They had also worked with more than 500 clients over the years, so we reached out to them. What really mattered to us was the overall process and among others, Susankya Global stood out because of its development process and commitment to giving us the best product.

We decided to opt in to their TaaS (Team as a Service) model, and our project was assigned a Team Manager. The Team Manager was very experienced and guided us through the entire process. The team followed SCRUM, and I received regular updates and demo of the website. The website was made with WordPress CMS, and the internal CRM that we required was done on VueJS and Laravel. One of the key features was integrating both the website and the CRM, so any inquiries on the website would land on our CRM.

They gave us a Team Manager, who was essentially a project manager, but liaised with us as well at all times. Others: A WordPress developer, a Laravel Developer, and a QA tester. So, in total 4 people.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Well, Susankya Global's team helped us create a strong Google Business profile, a strong social media presence, helped us curate our content on the website to get more visitors. After the website was made live, we received nearly 500 phone calls every month just from Google Business and the website. Plus, the CRM resulted in overall increase in our employee performance, and I was able to generate reports right from the CRM.

I am not much of a technical guy, so I did my communication mostly on Google Meet calls and emails. I was invited to Microsoft Teams group, but I never really used that. Apart from that, I know that they used SCRUM and they gave me demo every 2 weeks. The team manager was very communicative and I never felt they were lagging behind or delaying anything.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They never hid anything from us, always were willing to explain to me in detail about any technical aspect, and were transparent at all times. Plus, the way they worked with me, I felt that they genuinely treated my company as their own and worked all the time because of just how much conscious and concerned they were on many things, from Google Business profile, to phone number placement and stuff like that.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Honestly I don't have any complaints.
