Hard to measure success that Sure Systems has provided. Our systems are efficient, fast, and reliable. We add, fix, or replace what is required after discussion to make sure our people and information are secure, reliable, and effective.

Sure Systems communicates very well on projects and provides a timeline that is kept.

Sure Systems does a good job of scoping accordingly to each client, since each is different with needs and wants of their own. There have been times when we did not agree or like the proposed suggestions but were very happy to have a Sure Systems representative come and speak to us to talk through the suggestion to either change our mind or come to a new idea together. I am not show I would suggest to make that better, it is a process that takes a bit of time regardless.

• Data backup and recovery: Responsible for backing up our critical data and ensuring that it can be recovered in the event of a disaster or system failure.

We needed help with ongoing IT support managed services for our organization.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Sure Systems provides ongoing IT support managed services for our organization, covering both cloud and local on-premise environments. The team offers remote management and control, a ticketing system, basic asset management, operating system patchging, and essential antivirus maintenance and monitoring. Sure Systems also provides infrastructure support, including monitoring of CPU, disk, memory, and connectivity. In addition to these services, Sure Systems has helped us with an office relocation and server upgrades.

We started working with Sure Systems in May 2022, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Sure Systems provides largely ongoing help desk support and helps us leverage tools to do our work, including Microsoft tools. The team supports us using help desk, ticketing, monitoring, remote management, patching, basic asset management, and antivirus tools as part of managed IT support. Thanks to Sure Systems' work, we have continuity of service and day-to-day operational functioning.

Sure Systems' project management is good, and the team delivers on time. We communicate with Sure Systems through in-person meetings.

Sure Systems is a long-standing service provider that knows our systems and ways of working. The team works in an efficient and professional manner. Overall, Sure Systems is helpful, supportive, and efficient.
