I’m the owner and director of Ocean CGI. We create marketing and visual content for property developers in the architectural visualization field.

What challenge were you trying to address with Superb Digital?

We wanted to gain more inquiries from the internet. Our objectives were to increase our rankings, especially getting to the first page of our local area and nationally as well. The goal was to achieve page-one rankings within six months of starting a campaign with them. The work was predominantly focused on that, but we also wanted them to get us on the relevant business directories for our industry.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They handled all of our organic SEO efforts. That included tweaking our website’s pages and flow to optimize keywords. They generated blog content and copy on a monthly basis. In the beginning, they focused more on fine-tuning the backend of our website.

We worked directly with Joe (Content Director).

They’re in the same building as us. We met in an organic way, someone introduced us to one another.

We invested about £3,000 (approximately $4,000 USD).

The engagement was from June 2019–January 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our lead generation improved. We got an understanding of where our inquiries were coming from by asking people how they found us. We noticed a lot more people were saying it was through Google. Superb Digital got us to where we wanted to be without any problems at all. They are very knowledgeable.

How did Superb Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

They were great with project management. Most of the time, they were waiting for us to sign off on things. We couldn’t be happier with the level of service in terms of communication and meeting deadlines.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were easy to deal with. Their team was friendly and amendable.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There could always be an improvement on the generic content. However, we understand that we work in a very technical and niche industry and it’s difficult for a company like them to deliver the absolute quality content that we need. Essentially, they could improve by better learning our industry but I don’t think that’s a fair judgment to make.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Listen to them and be open to what they say. They’re experts that know what they’re doing. It’s a two-way street so make sure to correspond with the work they do behind the scenes. Let them take the lead and then trust them.

I am the Business Development & Marketing Director for Geldards LLP. We are a leading regional law firm in the UK with three offices and employ approximately 400 people.

We retained Superb to undertake a review of our website with a view to improving our SEO performance. After the initial review and recommendations, we retained Superb to implement and manage the recommendations they had made.

Personal recommendation and chemistry. Superb came recommended from a peer and after an initial meeting and discussion, I felt that the firm had understood my objectives and were people I could work well with.

The project took on two core areas - an overall review of the Geldards website and then recommendations on improving SEO performance. Paul and his team were briefed on the background of the site's development and some of the ongoing issues in performance.

This was a critical stage as there were a number of critical performance issues that needed addressing. Once these initial issues were identified and remedial action taken to address, the team at Superb undertook a detailed analysis of our SEO performance and in particular how a range of approximately 50 key search terms could be optimized to meet the needs of a geographically and diversified service provider.

Having identified the solutions, Superb worked with us over a very successful 12 month period to improve our performance whilst assisting us to build internal capability.

We worked closely with Paul Morris at Superb Digital. As well as providing excellent technical insight and guidance, he acted as our main account manager providing regular updates and reports as needed.

We saw a major improvement across a range of key areas of site performance including; Keyword Rankings. Backlink Quantity and Quality. Organic Traffic. Time Spent on Page. Bounce Rate. Mobile Traffic. Click-Through Rate.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Excellent. Paul was a strong communicator who was very easy to deal with. Meetings and reporting were timely and regular. He was always available to discuss / answer any questions or queries. He was also able to communicate technical areas in a manner that was easy for everyone to understand.

Overall performance. They are a very easy company to deal with. Technically very strong, explain in simple terms how they can support your business and deliver what they say they will.
