We've worked closely with Super Cluster Studio to develop our website, incorporating innovative solutions for features such as donation and subscription functionalities, e-commerce capabilities, and the digitization of our entire magazine archive, among other enhancements. Super Cluster helped us build online trust and credibility, which are essential for a non-profit like us that relies on community support. During this project, Super Cluster was instrumental as our strategic partner. 
They helped us significantly enhance our revenue generation and audience engagement, and foster innovation that sparks amazing results, through upscaling Liceulice’s digital business model, increasing accessibility and online visibility, upscaling crowdfunding options and processes for recurring and one-time donations, and our digital shop. 
The collaboration and communication with Nemanja and Milos was simple and easy, as they not only listened but anticipated our needs and provided us with creative, functional, advanced, and easy-to-use solutions. The expansion of the donor base, increased trust and transparency with the target audience, cutting down on-site load time, reducing customer service wait time, optimizing order forms, improving online presentation for the digital and hard copy subscription, digital magazine issues base, promotional products, and merchandise.

They were communicating promptly and delivered items on time and before time. They not only responded to our needs but anticipated them before we realized them.

Branding. Also reaching a wider range of people by showcasing our companies portfolio and projects.

Through a friend that had her website done by Super Cluster.

They firstly arranged a meeting to discuss the scope of services they offer and to understand my brief and vision. After the initial discussion the main designers offered multiple options of designs to which I chose the one that was most suitable to my business.

Seeing multiple options was the most useful part. They were very flexible and were accommodating to all the changes I had requested and all the custom features I wanted my website to feature. They fully designed and programmed a lovely website that works perfectly! Along with the website they worked fully on the branding.

What was the team composition?

There were multiple teams involved in the project. Design lead, Marija Samardzic, was responsible for all the Design oriented responsibilities. She was working with a couple of people on the design side. There was a team responsible for branding and a team responsible for website development, lead by Milos Pavlovic. The team kept increasing and decreasing when needed.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

My expectations were massively exceeded. Great value for money. Large team, very efficient and my project got all the attention it needed.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Collaboration was great! The response time is immediate. They were on top of everything. Very polite and very flexible. Deadlines changed a couple of times due to changes I kept requesting but luckily the website was finished on time. Also no additional charges. No issues with language. Everyone I spoke to was fluent in English.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Flexibility! All of the design changes and requests I had were met to high standards. Quality! All works and looks great. Great value for money.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Not that I can think of.

We wanted something clean and that would convey credibility. It was very important that our brand stood out from the rest.

We have worked with Super Cluster prior to this project on developing our company website and were very pleased. We knew we were in good hands with them.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

In Sept 2018 we decided to launch a new product line which we had no branding for. We had to start from scratch and required a knowledgeable team to handle this. We began by brainstorming different ideas and eventually narrowed down to 3 different options. Further tweaking and analyzing the market allowed us to come up with the final designs which has been very well received by our customers.

What was the team composition?

I worked directly with the founder at Super Cluster and their lead designer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since we implemented the new branding, it seems that conversions have increased. Brand identity might have increased as well since we have over 15% returning customers. Our product line is easily distinguishable amongst other products which entices customers to purchase more than one item from us in one order.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very smooth, work is done in a timely manner as agreed. Requirements from Super Cluster were clear and our internal team was able to manage the entire process efficiently.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The fact that they can easily adapt to our demands set them apart. It would have seemed since they are not in our industry that we would spend time on details that did not matter however they did their research and the mockups that were proposed were well thought of and even gave us ideas on what we can implement.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There is always room for improvement however at the moment the quality meets our needs.

The Festival is the biggest street art festival in Serbia, and the region. This year was the second edition of the festival. I am a co-founder at the festival - an organization for promoting street and urban art.

To create a unique and strong visual identity and online presence for our platform.

We heard about Supercluster studio from a few local music/art festivals, who were more than satisfied with their end results.

We approached Supercluster studio at the beginning of development for this year's edition of the festival. They instantly became a part of our team and helped us down the road. They've guided and helped us to achieve a unique visual language and identity.

They also designed all our material from print (brochures, flyers, banners, posters, etc), to web (website design+development, social media strategy, and material, etc). The Supercluster team was more than helpful in providing us with unique and out-of-the-box solutions regarding communication and public relations, and also to set up our tone of voice.

Supercluster helped us with 2 designers (one branding and one UI/UX specialist) and 2 web developers.
