Suncoast Pixel

BACKGROUND

I am an executive at Rise and Shine Online Preschool Club

Describe what your company does in a single sentence.

We're an online preschool running live classes for children ages 3 to 5, taught right from home.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Suncoast Pixel to accomplish?

• Launch a complete website for a preschool that had no online presence
• Enable parents to enroll and pay for classes online
• Introduce the founder to parents and clearly present classes and approach

SOLUTION

How did you find Suncoast Pixel?

Referral

Why did you select Suncoast Pixel over others?

• Close to my geographic location
• Good value for cost
• Referred to me
• Company values aligned

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Suncoastpixel team built the whole thing from the ground up. I came to them with a logo and some video and not much of a plan for the site itself, and they turned it into a real website. They wrote all the copy for me, which I was nervous about, but they drew the story out of me over a couple of conversations and it genuinely sounds like me. They pulled the colors straight from my logo so the whole site feels like one piece, and they blended my real photos with some lovely 3D graphics. My intro video got worked into the design too. On the practical side they set up Stripe so parents can pay for classes right on the site, built a simple way for me to gather reviews from families, and handled the SEO along with my About and Contact pages.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The site is live now, and honestly the best part is that it just works. Parents can pay for classes right there through Stripe. The review system quietly collects feedback from families on its own. And it looks polished and professional in a way that makes me proud to send people to it. I went from nothing online to a website I'd trust as a parent myself.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Team stayed in touch constantly and kept everything crystal clear. They delivered the website ahead of schedule and jumped on any adjustments right away.

What was your primary form of communication with Suncoast Pixel?

• In-Person Meeting
• Email or Messaging App

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What stood out was how much they cared about the site feeling like my school and not a template. So many preschool sites look the same. They used my own photos and my own colors and made something that actually feels like me. I also didn't expect them to take on the payment setup and the review collection so having all of that handled in one place was a real relief.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Suncoast Pixel could have done differently?

Nothing major, really. Early on I was nervous about handing over the writing, since the site is so personal to me, but they understood the tone better than I expected. If I'm being picky, I'd have loved a little checklist of what they needed from me right at the start,  though they walked me through it anyway.

BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and position.

I am the Founder of 24 SOLVE, LLC

Describe what your company does in a single sentence.

24 Solve is a licensed, insured handyman and general contracting company serving Seattle, Bothell, and nearby areas, offering home repairs, installations, and deck & furniture refinishing with hourly and quote-based pricing.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Suncoast Pixel to accomplish?

• Create a search-based marketing strategy to bring in more customers from Google for handyman and general contractor services in the Seattle and Bothell area.
• Fix the technical issues holding the site back and structure service pages around the terms local homeowners actually search for.
• Our site basically wasn't showing up on Google. Work came in through referrals, but search brought us almost nothing. I needed two things fixed: the technical stuff blocking us from ranking, and the site set up around what people actually type when they're looking for a handyman.

How many teammates from Suncoast Pixel were assigned to this project?

1 Employee

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

They took over the whole search side and cleaned up what was dragging the site down. First they built a plan to pull in more customers from google, then worked out which of our services were worth their own pages based on what people actually search for. From there they fixed the technical problems that were keeping our pages from getting found, and helped out with the website itself.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

A while after the work, we started showing up for local handyman searches and booking requests began coming in straight off Google, with nothing spent on ads.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Easy to deal with. Fast replies, never had to chase anyone, and they did what they said on the timeline they gave me. When I asked questions they explained it in plain English instead of drowning me in jargon.

What was your primary form of communication with Suncoast Pixel?

• Virtual Meeting

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They actually get how people look for home services. No keyword stuffing. They thought about what someone types when their fence breaks or they need something mounted, and built around that.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Suncoast Pixel could have done differently?

Honestly not much. If anything I wish I'd started sooner, but that's on me.
