The project involved engaging SumoBlue to enhance Fetch Haus’s online sales performance through the strategic setup and management of Google advertising tools, with the specific goal of doubling online revenue in a defined time frame.

Initial Setup

Establishment and configuration of Google Merchant Centre to ensure products are properly listed, optimised, and eligible for Google Shopping ads.
Setup of Google Ads (AdWords) account, including linking it to Merchant Centre, configuring billing, and setting up necessary account structures.

Product Targeting & Strategy Development

Joint collaboration between Fetch Haus and SumoBlue to narrow down key product categories to prioritise in advertising (e.g., bestsellers, high-margin products, or seasonal items).
Development of a targeted advertising strategy designed to maximise ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and meet the goal of doubling online revenue.
