Sumedha Softech rebuilt our studio website from scratch on Umbraco CMS. As an animation and video studio, we needed a site that showcased a large video portfolio and worked as a professional shopfront for corporate clients. It began as a smaller job and grew, at our request, into a full rebuild once we trusted their approach. Key deliverables: a complete Umbraco build, migration of our existing content and video portfolio, a reusable page-building system so we can create pages ourselves, video integration throughout, a contact form, and deployment to our own hosting with full ownership handed over to us. The focus throughout was leaving us with a site we fully control and understand.

The clearest outcome is independence. We went from a site we couldn't touch without a developer to one we can fully update ourselves, we can now create and lay out new pages, swap content, and manage the site day to day in-house. We also have complete ownership and access: the hosting, the code, and the content management all sit with us, with nothing locked behind the agency. The scope itself is a measure of success, we started with a small job and expanded it to a full website rebuild, which we'd only have done because the early work earned that trust. And our full back catalogue of video work and existing content was migrated across into the new structure.

Their project management was solid, and communication was the standout. Items were delivered on schedule, and when we did spot things that needed adjusting, they turned them around quickly rather than leaving them to linger. What stood out most was how responsive and easy to deal with they were. Communication was clear and prompt throughout, genuinely so, even across the time-zone gap, which is often where these things fall down. When we raised changes or asked questions, we got straightforward answers rather than being kept at arm's length or buried in technical jargon. They were also flexible when the scope grew. Expanding from a small initial job into a full rebuild could have been disruptive, but they absorbed it smoothly and kept things on track.

Coming from a non-web background, our experience with developers had been the opposite, kept at arm's length, dependent on them for every change. Sumedha Softech worked the other way: they took the time to help us understand how our own site works, and deliberately handed over full control rather than keeping us reliant on them. That, combined with genuinely excellent communication throughout, is what set them apart. You don't often get both real technical capability and the patience to bring a non-technical client along with them.

Honestly, very little. If anything, as a non-technical client I'd have found a short written guide or a couple of quick walkthrough videos useful for the day-to-day tasks, editing pages, adding content, so I had something to refer back to rather than working it out as I went. The daily consumption of materials and job work is updated from the site, which is helpful for the procurement and planning teams. 
The complete project summary of any project is shown head-wise, which helps the team prepare reports on an urgent basis. Overall, our team and management are very satisfied with the TMS software.Moreover, the TMS software has reduced our report preparation time and improved accuracy.
